Great hotel for leisure, relaxing and enjoying the spa. The hotel is rather modern, room size okay, bathroom also fine. Rooms are coming with full board, the kitchen is fine. Parking is free close to the hotel.

All okay but for me missing the small unvisible details which makes a 5 stars hotel as perfect as it should. The staff is nice and smart but missing the real hospitality what really needs. The kitchen is okay but needs one small further step to become really delicious. The spa is fine just should have a few more staff there to make it unforgettable. The only thing what missed was the charging opportunity at the ben in the junior suit. All in all a great hotel in a perfect place👍

Wonderful breakfast selection and all food was excellent quality. Hotel was not overcrowded and spa area was very nice. Room was lovely. We will definitely come back again!

It should be made obvious that if one wants to book beauty treatments, it needs to be done in advance. The online booking form was not easy to find and it is not unreasonable to expect being able to book treatments when checking-in. Obviously there are not enough massage and beauty therapists to meet the demand.

Basically I all what consider a 5* hotel the place stands with all requirements standart. The room was quite OK the staff are nice the breakfast was absolutely perfect and the facilities ( spa/ swimming pool/ gym ) are great and with high quality. But...

this hotel is definitely over high prices then its should be its not match for 340€ per night ( only with breakfast) for this rate you can get a much higher level of luxury 5* hotel. For this lavel its need to be price for around 220-280 maximum. why? 1. The hotel is quite old once but it's understandable because I guess it was built many years ago but should the hotel must be makeover ? Definitely yes! the lobby quite tried and old fusion the rooms need to be refreshing ( special the wood floor) besides that it is very boring hotel and I'm talking about the grenal atmosphere .

I chose this hotel because of the adult friendly concept and it has fulfilled my hopes, I could completely relax in the tranquility of the hotel. My room was very spacious and there was a nice balcony, too. The hotel is offering a wide selection of spa treatments (massages, body and face) - delivered by a professional and skilled staff. The 2 outdoor pools with different temperatures were great during the hot days. Breakfast was just perfect, all the meals (lunch and dinner) were carefully prepared and particularly tasty. It was great value for money.

The location is amazing, very green and relaxing. The facilities are very comfortable, I really liked the gym and pool area. The breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel. The customer service was outstanding, particularly that of Stefanie, the reception manager. She was always happy to accommodate and help with any request.

The restaurant staff is very friendly, but service during dinner can be slow between 19:30 and 20:30.

We love the breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms are nice and big. The location is gorgeous, we went on a few beautiful runs. The pools and the spa area is beautiful and very comfortable!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, but if we could improve a few things this is what they would be: We missed a cold pool, for a dip after the sauna. The beds in the hotelroom are a bit hard. And lastly we missed strawberries at breakfast (also the croissants could be higher quality).

Room was really nice and specious. It was a nice view with good ambient, green and lovely. Spa and thermal pool was just perfect for relaxation with really good breakfast. It was really a nice and relaxing stay.

The internet connection was a bit poor in the rooms. Also it would be great if there were available tea for drink in the pool and especially in the spa area.

Fantastic chef's in kitchen excellent foods. Food is really healthy and mostly organic. Spa and Wellness fantastic temperature of water in pools. Restaurant stuff was excellent and friendly. All days you have available water infusions in spa and pool area which is awesome. Peoples on reception desk are very sweet. Hotel is adults only which is really perfect for relaxing. Hotel has fantastic Austrian wine carts.

Housekeeping not working not properly. They are not doing their job well. Only in case you asking them strictly. They don't changed our bads. Only 1 time per week which is terrible if you pay 5* service. Thay always forget to change our bathrobe also in case was totally full of water. Housekeeping not using vacuum cleaners in the rooms. Not using mopping in bathrooms. For themselves is enough changed towels and make up beds faster way how is possible. Honestly this is all. Thay are not full feeling liquid soap for hand. Thay always forget put new coffee tablets Nespresso. After 3 days hotel write that you are reciveing bottles of water to room. We didn't reciced one.

It is the second time we stay here and again we loved it, and looking forward to visit again . Everything is super amazing : Food (chef restaurant)breakfast. light lunch and dinner , room , and spa . We rented e bikes from the hotel and had a lovely afternoon biking in the area . The stuff is so kind and nice .

Everything was super amazing. The only thing that that disturbed our stay is that the pool and jacuzzie that were supposed to be heated to 32 C were not heated for 2 days during the weekend so very few people used it , the stuff said that there was a tech issue during the weekend and a technician will come on Monday to fix it, I expect such a hotel to either fix it in a a shorter time or invite us to go to the Therme near by until the issue will be fixed.

The staff at the hotel is above and beyond. Everybody is so nice and attentive. Many thanks especially to our hungarian waiter, the tall blond guy, who made both our dinners a delight. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name. Dinner was fantastic, food is excellent. Room is big, bright and clean. The spa area is amazing!

I had a massage, and even though I like sport strong massages, I left with a massive bruise on my leg. Pillows were too soft, but apparently you can ask for extra.
