I love the thermal baths, meals are excellent, rooms are nice, mattress is very good, location is great, you can visit the castles in proximity, you can rent a bike, you can walk on the huge property…

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel, because there was no need at this time of the year. Ok, we didn’t need, we slept with window open but in the morning we could benefit of the mower noise, and the bathroom vents wasn’t working as well.

Amazing architecture from Hundertwasser. Colourful, free and environmentally conscious. Perfect spa, perfect gastronomy, silence and birds, I loved it all. We had a very pleasant weekend with my husband.

Signaling could be better. It was not easy to find the entrance when we arrived in the dark. Waze has taken us to the back entrance "Nur für Lieferanten". We turned back. Next we found the daily car park, still no sign of a hotel. We felt a little lost but saw the buildings behind the trees so we started to drive around. We found a closed gate that opened automatically when we approached. When we were finally in, it was also not easy to find in which building the reception was. The whole place is a labirinth at first sight.

Breakfest was excelent. Dinner was less satisfying. Staff was very polite and helpful. The whole hotel is built and managed very professionelly, but at some points replacement furniture might be needed

Shower in the room was less than satisfying. Information on the hotel was available only in German and even though majority of the guests was German speaking, at that price level you would expect leaflets in English

It was an oasis of calm and relaxation! Despite the many guests around, it never felt crowded, this, I assume, mainly thanks to the clever architecture of the site. Plus every corner of the hotel and spa was a discovery due to Hundertwasser's design. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, what a choice! Prices for drinks very reasonable.

Breakfast was good, with a good variety and so was buffet dinner. Absolutely amazing building, with lots of little surprises.

We tried to book at the steak house restaurant and all though we tried booking well in advance, we was informed this was not available, because of a wedding party. We should of been informed of this, when booking. We was informed that the indoor pools were closed from the Monday for maintenance, but again this should of all been done when booking originally, as too late to change are flights. Rooms were ok, but basic and were not peaceful as could hear other guests walking along corridor, talking and doors opening and banging closed.

Great place for short getaway, wish we would have chance to stay longer. Great place with nice and relaxing atmosphere, architecture of place is nicely aligned with the nature, great services of all kinds, from accommodation thorough meals and spa up to staff and cleanliness.

Not much to mention here, maybe just difficulty to dry wet clothes/towels/bathrobes in the room, but it is minor issue.

Emphasis on customer experience for bathing and spa only. But they could offer alternatives for people to enjoy alternatives - being outdoors in nature and the built form

It is a very special place, not only because of its unique architecture, but also because of its people, and their commitment to the well being of the guests and atention to every detail. We always enjoy the stay at Rogner and keep coming back.

Perfect from start to finish!!! Absolutely the best and our favourite spa in the whole world!! Food - out of this world good!! Guest services - unbelievably friendly, kind, nothing too much trouble attitude from the bottom up to the top - absolutely everyone the best they could possibly be!! Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely nothing whatsoever - everything was perfect!!!

Perfect place for taking rest. Amazing breakfast and dinners with everything what you can think about. Beautiful architecture. Decoration with many romantic and pleasant details as burning candles, painting on the walls etc. Great to be here when it's unpleasant weather outside. If I have chance, I will visit this wonderful place again.
