Food and Exclusive Spa was great (free drinks in exclusive spa were very nice!) Great location and nice apartment Friendly and helpful staff Saunas were all very nice and clean. Guided sauna was very well done.

Opening times for exclusive spa could have been longer Despite booking well in advance, there weren't very nice lounger bed locations for us. I had to speak with personell and only got better location for one day of the three the we stayed. Pool/Billiards table and cues were in very poor condition Overpriced fridge items

Staff were excellent and very helpful - It's a German speaking area but most staff spoke reasonable English - if they didn't and we were stuck, they found someone to help. The room was a reasonable size, very well appointed, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Very easy access to the room. Secure parking was included. Although a limited choice, the food (Breakfast and Dinner were included in the price) was fabulous and service excellent. It's a 'Health Spa' based place and there seemed to be something for everyone - we were only there for a few days so didn't get to sample everything. Finding the place is easy within its local area - very well signposted from a few km out - even from the motorway from Vienna!

The system of booking a lounger in the spa area is dreadful! We weren't aware that one had to book in advance so we were allocated places on the first day at the entrance to one of the saunas....ridiculously busy and very dark, not to mention we aren't sauna users...and on the second day we were expected to face a radiator wall all-day whilst the rest of the quiet room had beautiful views to the countryside. For the amount of money we paid for the stay, an rather unsatisfactory experience!!!!! Don't think we'll be going there again!

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff. We spend a lot of weekends and holidays at this hotel in the last 20 years and every year we found some new facilities. Very good breakfast with local products, nice dinner. Therme area is perfect. We will come back again and again. Thank you for everything.

Everything was very clean, there were a lot of possibilities, endless amount of saunas and space so it doesn’t get crammed

the staff was very unfriendly, you get a reserved bed for the day and can’t lay anywhere else because all beds are reserved but no one told us where ours is so we ended up going around and couldn’t find ours. The food wasn’t very nice and there is only one main course option for the lunch menu (fish, veggie or meat so if you’re vegetarian every 2nd day you can only have soup and/or bread)

Everything was great. Perfect location surrounded by forests, comfortable and quiet room, excellent, varied and healthy food. The pools, saunas and fitness center were clean and not crowded. I also appreciated (only for) LADY SPA. The staff was friendly and kind. I had a wonderful rest and I am looking forward to my next stay.

That I could not stay longer :) And if I have to write something, the mattress was a bit soft for me...

Very good hotel for relaxation and/or active holiday. You can stay all day at therme, sauna and relaxation or you can go to sport activities (water gymnastic, yoga, nordic walking, streching program, bike trips). All was perfect.

great service, excellent wellness facilities good food, nice atmosphere sauna and aufguss ceremonies were superb!

hotel spa closed 10 minutes before it should have, was a hassle to get my belongings from it sauna aufguss reservation a bit clumsy

Very big room, and bathroom also. The restaurant was great: many options for the breakfast and very tasteful dishes for dinner. We enjoyed very much the food and appreciated that the sizes of the dishes were just enough. Very clean in the spa area and around swimming pools.

Avita Resort is great place to relax - it offers not only wonderful spa facilities (several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, pond, various types of massages, etc.) , but also the great services beside of this - exquisite dining, beautifully furnished hotel, a lot of plants, beautiful nature around,.. etc.
