Very good swimming pool, and both accessible thermal areas. Rich and tasteful menu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are equipped very well. There is a beautiful valley before the hotel. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes around the hotel, including small villages, fields, apple orchards, vineyards, and groves. Near the hotel there are some "buschenschanks" where you may taste local wines and bread, sausages and cheese from the farms of this region.

It's very strange situation that dinner doesn't include any drinks - even water or tea. Everything you would like to drink must be ordered for an additrional fee. Another strange situiation is that laundry service exists, but there is no laundry bags nor special form for laundry service in the rooms. And the third - very poor English of most of the staff, even at the reception.

What a pleasant surprise. Staff is super kind and helpful, the food (considering it’s a huge place) is superb and always presented with great pride, the hotel spa and the big open spa offer everything one could want, the rooms are furnished with lots of thought plus are spotless and the hotel must have done renovations recently as almost all common areas look stylish and cared for. All in all … 9+ out or 10 💚soft this resort .

Me and my boyfriend got a half-board staying to celebrate both our birthdays and it was amazing. We went with the Thermenlandbus that left us in front of the Therme, which is very convenient. The Hotel was stupendous, the staff was very amiable and friendly, and ready to help with any question. We definitely recommend the Hotel and the Therme. The breakfast and dinner were always delicious.

Probably because of winter, there were not so many beds at the Spa area, both at the Spa Hotel as for the Therme. So be sure to wake up early to save a spot before going to breakfast.

The hotel is quite big, lots of options of saunas and pools, indoor and outdoor. The "hotel spa" is quieter and prettier, the other side (where I guess people can also buy a day pass) is busier but still really nice. Everything is clean and organised. I would recommend!

As vegetarians, we just thought they could offer a bit more for those who don't eat meat. Specially at dinner.

The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

everything with the hotel itself was great, I would just say that the public spa next to it is quite a bit more crowded and not nearly as nice. Still, it's nice that you have free access to it.

The service is at the highest level, the cuisine is very good and the entire SPA area is definitely of the highest quality. The reception staff is great, especially Helena. All the hotel employees are very welcoming even though they don't speak English.

We visited for the thermal baths, and they were very good. Lots of people using them, but with lots of choices of which pools to use. The setting was lovely. The hotel was huge, spread out on the side of a hill, with nice views from some locations. The rooms were adequate. Bathrobes and towels were provided as well as quality personal care items. Breakfast was very good.

The dinner buffet was disappointing. And the restaurant assigns guests a table with a place card for both dinner and breakfast. There are several dining sections. It must be so that guests are spread out, but it didn't create a good impression.

We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is simply marvelous, with great attention to interior design in common areas. We were offered an upgrade at a very convenient fare and were promptly moved to a better room. After checking in you can already enjoy the thermal baths, but what's great is that also after the check out you can stay the whole day in the public area! Please consider this when booking, it's such an asset. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented, at dinner, we tried both meat and fish. Welcome drinks and goodbye souvenirs for hosts are a nice touch and overall, the whole staff is friendly and eager to help: - I asked the receptionist for slippers which I hadn't packed and immediately got them - On the first night I called the reception and was provided with additional different pillows for better sleep - Towels and robes can be changed at any time at the public thermal bath reception - We asked for a transfer to the train station and got it free of charge Special mention to the bartender, we tried Negroni and Moscow Mule and they were both remarkable. Also, the resort is 5 min close to a nice local family-managed vinery where you can have lunch at - Weinhof Buschenschank Pieber. Amazing food and wines, great prices. We'll definitely come back!

This is a minor concern, but having a courtesy set would be nice; it is expected in a 4-star hotel, and supermarkets are not really close.

Wellness was professional, really loved it. There was a big variety of foods at breakfast and dinner to choose from, with lactosefree and milkfree options as well.

The bed in the room was really uncomfortable. When we checked out, they told me to pay the double prize. I asked for a detailed information, and I saw that they charged for an extra night as well. I asked about it, and they were like "oh, okay, minus one night". Guests should pay attention at check out!

Very nice and clean hotel, with big, warm, quiet and comfortable room (we had one suite) and very good breakfast. The dinner was good but not so spectacular like breakfast. The thermal area is ok, but many pools are outside, so we was happy the november weather wasn't rainy. We had a nice weekend in this hotel and we would like to come back again.
