The most wonderful location in the centre of the old town, close to the historic monuments and cafe/restaurants. The courtyard was magical with a fountain and shaded trees, the house old and full of character. Excellent breakfast was beautifully presented.

The lights in the room were truly terrible - I am sorry to say this as everything else was great. They looked nice but instead of providing light they blinded us making it impossible to see or to read

Loved everything about our stay - from the nicely decorated rooms, the comfortable beds and quiet nights to the proximity of everything (it’s right in downtown Orange), the private parking and above all, the warm hearted hosts and Sabine’s delicious breakfast… this was a clear 10 out of 10! Oh, and we were allowed to bring our dog and he too, felt very welcome ;)

Very friendly hosts in large old house in centre of Orange. The room was large, light and friendly with plenty of toiletries and coffee and tea making facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast with croissants, baguette, cheese and homemade jams. Altogether a lovely B&B. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the centre of Orange, walking distance to all major sights. The owners were exceptional, suggested restaurants for the night, things to do/ see around the area, made us the most delicious breakfast and helped in every little thing. Would definitely come back if we were ever in the area. Thanks for everything!

Sabine and Alaine were very welcoming and super friendly!! The location couldn’t be better right in the centre of the lovely town of Orange, a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast with all local and home made products was lovely too!

Staying at this house hosted by Sabine and Alain was an excellent experience. Walking up to the house we passed a lovely fountain. The room we had was inviting with a red tile floor and coffee/tea in the room. The breakfast was fine with attention to my gluten-free dietary need. Best of all was the assistance provided by Sabine in helping our group figure out a bus. She does everything with love. Enjoy!

Great location walkable to the major sites in town. Comfortable room. Very flexible host who let us come early and drop off our stuff and our car. Wonderful breakfast!

It would have been helpful to have some power strips available to provide more electrical outlets.

Wonderful unexpectedly quiet back yard within walking distance to pretty much everything in the center of Orange. Awesome hosts and a copious breakfast. Modern rooms. Host gave us seat cushions since we were not aware that was a necessity for the theatre antique seating!

A beautiful old house in the center of Orange with a lovely view of the garden, very calm. The breakfast was copious and Sabine's lemon cake was superb! The hosts were very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay in their wonderful house.

The property was ideally situated to explre the area. Private parking although fairly tight to get in to. Lovely couple, Sabine & Alain and their gorgeous dog Nookie! Very helpful and rcommended a lovely local restaurant. Would stay here again!
