Room was clean.

There was a domestic violence incident during the night with other motel guests. There was no staff on the premise to manage the issue. I called the 07 number and the mobile number from my confirmation email without success. I did not have pen and paper to take down the number given from the 07 number. It went quiet about 11pm so I didn't progress. I did not know what to do. It should have not been something I had to worry about. If there is not staff on the premise, there should be a way to contact them easily. I let staff know the next morning, they had no idea there had been an issue.

We loved our stay at Stay Motel😄 Our Room was so cool & unique! It felt like we were stepping into something from the future🤩 The whole Room layout, the lighting, the Bathroom & the Mirror that lit up in there with the time showing, was a highlight for us haha🤩 The Beds were really comfortable & really liked the cubby holes at the bottom on the sides of our Beds for storage. Our Kitchen area was perfect, the little Kits available in the Bathroom were awesome little additions🙌🏻 My Son & I loved everything about our Room😄 Even my Brothers, when they would drop us off back to the Motel, were wishing they had booked in with Stay Motel😂 The Staff & Service was something we havent experienced before, it surprised us in the best ways🙌🏻✨ They were all really welcoming & friendly and made our stay feel even more enjoyable & comfortable😄 By far the best experience & Motel we've ever had so far in Brisbane🙌🏻✨🤩 & for the price for 3 Nights for just my Son & I, was definately worth it. & The whole booking process was a breeze. We cant wait til our next visit when we come up to visit Family again, will definately be rebooking here again!😄 Highly recommend & will definately be recommending to Family & Friends🙌🏻 Thank you so much Stay Motel!😄✨

There was nothing i didnt like, other than the fact we couldnt stay longer😂 We were only there for the weekend for a Wedding & to visit Family.

As we were travelling and unsure of our time of arrival, I had only booked for Sunday night. When we realised we would reach our destination on Saturday, I rang to ask of the availability of a room for that night which was granted. I then asked if we could have the same room which had been allocated to us on the Sunday night. This was also able to be granted. This freed up so much extra time for us as we didn't have to check out at 10am only to check back in at 2pm which we were able to utilise in catching up with family and friends. Awesome customer service. And the accommodation was A1!!

There was nothing that did not meet with our expectations. The unit was large and spacious, with heaps of cupboard space for our luggage. Huge, very comfortable bed. All fittings and kitchen and bathroom utensils modern and up to date.

A unique experience staying in a converted shipping container - very well appointed if cosy. The unit had everything we required and was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful. There was covered parking and lift access to the units. The Motel is conveniently located to the Mary River Rattler train station which is a short car trip away. We were concerned the Motel located as it was next to a main road through Gympie might have been noisy but as luck would have it, the night we stayed was the opening of the Gympie ByPass and so we enjoyed a very quiet night.

With the opening of the Gympie ByPass there was nothing to dislike!!

The room was modern and stylish. An interesting design and helpful, friendly staff. The bed had shelves underneath that was helpful to put our bags, shoes, etc. We advised staff when we were leaving about the noisy air conditioner and he was receptive and said he would attend to it. I really liked it but there were a few issues.

It was a small room with limited storage. A folded bag rack was available for use but there was not really anywhere to put it up. The air conditioner was noisy. Even though the walls were very sound proofed, the outside door was not so being on the main road, the sound of trucks driving past all hours, day and night, was quite loud.

Very modern rooms with fridge, microwave, aircon and very clean. Located just down the road from KFC for a quick nighttime meal, with other eateries nearby. A Tesla charger is provided, but appears to have been installed by someone who doesn't know a lot about Teslas.

Road noise. Very intrusive at times, but not enough to stop you from getting to sleep. The Foxtel died early in the evening and no TV could be watched. Thank goodness for wifi connection. The Tesla charger has a very short cable, which means if you try to plug it into your vehicle in the normal position where a vehicle would park in the bay, it will not reach. The charging cable is far too short compared to previous destination Tesla chargers which have a cable of around 4-5 metres. If you want to charge a Tesla, you have to mount the wheel stop/parking stop and park almost on top of the wall so the cable reaches. Not impossible to do but very annoying. A longer cable or repositioning of the charger on the wall would easily overcome this.

Room was clean and spacious. It was a convenient location and easy to find.

None of the tv channels worked. I tried everything and it seemed like it wasn't set up even though the tv guide told us what was on, when pressed, no channels worked at all. Upon leaving, at 9 30 I went to use the lift to take belongings downstairs and it had a trolley full of sheets in it and I had to take all my personal belongings down the stairs. It would have been much easier to use the lift and I was unsure why it was left in there and no brought out and put to the side so people who've paid to stay could use the lift.

The room felt very private and like a perfect home away from home with a kitchenette that had a: fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and sink. Shower had great pressure and the bathroom in general was very well fitted out and I felt very comfortable. I used the breakfast bar seating in the kitchenette area to sit and work on my laptop and comfortably attended a zoom meeting with the free wifi. Plenty of power points and usb charging for all my devices. Iron and ironing board in the room for pressing clothes for the next day. 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers are available downstairs between 7am and 7pm which I found very convenient. Drake's IGA was a very comfortable walk away to buy supplies for dinner and breakfast, but there are several fast food and regular restaurants along the road the hotel is on if you'd rather not cook.

Very clean, fresh and inviting. It was compact but very still comfortable. They had everything that suited our needs an eg.iron ,hairdryer and microwave. We stayed 3 nights, our beds were made through the day , tea and biscuits were refilled and an offer for fresh towels if we wished. The bed was firm but comfortable and the shower was great. It looked like there was a laundry facility available however was not needed by us. Easy access to parking which was under the property with lift available which was convenient.

Being picky would be a bit of traffic noise but not unbearable.

The room was a small house packed into a ‘container’, which is so well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Simple things such as toilet paper, tissues are good quality, not cheap and toiletries ie, shaving equipment, comb, sewing kit etc, all those items that you accidentally forgot or didn’t think you needed.

We honestly could not find anything that we didn’t like! The price was good, location was excellent for our needs and rooms beautifully outfitted, so no bad anything.
