Absolutely loved staying here. Helen at reception was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Emma the maintenance lady was awesome also, very friendly and funny. The only issue we had was the noisy kids riding around on scooters/bikes yelling and screaming, running in between other tenants cabins and also the foreign tourists who choose to talk loudly on their phones outside the amenities block very early in the morning. We understand there is a time distance for them to call home but there are also other guests trying to enjoy the peace & quiet right where they are speaking.

Loved that the caravan park was in such a good location. It was tucked away from the busy main area of Noosa Heads, offering a peaceful escape, yet still close enough to everything. We enjoyed the quiet ambience and easy access to local attractions, cafes, and the beach.

The cabin was a comfortable size overall, but the layout could definitely be improved. The lounge area felt spacious and could easily fit a larger couch or the wardrobe storage. Instead, the wardrobe was in the bedroom, where it felt a bit cramped and encroached on the bed space. We found the bed rather small – my partner is quite tall, and his feet hung off the edge.

everybody there was polite and very friendly. beautiful, nice weather compared to the heat and humidly that I live in. So a lovely change in climate.

I will say that when I first went into the unit - the cleaning products used was extremely strong, and there must have been a spill. When I showered the floor that got wet turned into very slippery and thick with slime.. I did not make a complaint. however, it was fairly dangerous throughout the time especially when showering, had to take extreme care keep towels on the floor

Everything. It was clean, easy to get to, centrally located, beds were comfortable etc. the pizza van was an added bonus. The pizzas were so delicious.

The use of the games room was expensive and was needed to keep kids entertained while it rained which was the whole time we were there. We weren’t able to use the jumping pillow because of the rain which was a huge disappointment to the kids. They loved the pool and spent the whole weekend in the heated pool because that was the only free entertainment.

Lovely location and accommodation pretty good apart from swarms of ants and the air conditioner cover which fell off when turned on - we noticed that the filters were dreadfully clogged with dirt which was causing the AC not to work properly My son managed to remove then so I could clean them thoroughly then put them outside to dry Worked beautifully when replaced but could not get the cover to stay on - therefore left it in the corner of the unit next yo bathroom

The ants and AirCond which we had to clean up Staff lovely though and these two issues were reported upon our check out

The cabin seemed to have been recently refurbished. A new split-system air-conditioner had been installed in a much more appropriate position than the old one, allowing the cooled air to easily reach the bedroom. The bed was really comfortable and all furniture and furnishings were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom immaculate, as was the rest of the cabin.

My stay at Ingenia Tewantin was by far the best experience I've had stayig at a caravan park. It was neat, tidy, well laid out and comfortable. I didn't hear any noise whatsoever and enjoyed the ambience the whole time I was there (I stayed 5 nights). Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Yes, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Best caravan park I've ever seen. So clean and pretty , beautifully maintained. Fantastic pool , exceptional , cabin was spotless. I had the budget one and it's like a little house. Absolutely recommend. Already booked to come back in 16 weeks with my daughter and granddaughter

Friendly helpful staff with a smile , cabin was very clean. Bedding , including pillows were clean- this is very important for me , something that I always pay attention to. Cabin was quiet , had a good kitchen . Accomodation met all my needs . Would definitely come back again

Excellent facilities. Warm and welcoming family environment. Atmosphere and layout was really great. Movie, pool, play area and community kitchen was well thought out, clean and maintained. Onsite pizza caravan was delicious! It was so nice at the end of travelling to sit on a picnic blanket with our family, have a delicious pizza and watch an outdoor movie. Thank you!
