all outdoor amenities are free, like kayak, canoe, paddle boards, mini putt, spa, marshmallows where offered over the firepits at night. Amazing place!

no microwave very inconvenient and no artwork on walls all white ,feels cold a bit... we really enjoyed our stay but would just recommend having a few decors included in room to feel more welcomed.

Quiet place; small but cosy pool; nice gardens around the lake; good food at the restaurant first night but will not call it gourmand

One restaurant(although 2 were on the site when we booked the room) in the hotel and although all tables were empty outside(at least 15 tables) they refused to serve food … no reservation/ no food … was the response

Not the cleanest or the newest, but beautiful location, very nice Staff and amazing value for money! With even the cheapest room, you can use 2 pools, 3 saunas and 5 jacuzzis from 7 am to 10 pm :) We also got upgraded for free for no reason :))

loud AC which turns itself on even if you turn it off

Located directly across from Empire 47 trails, which was perfect for us. They let us use the change rooms and shower on the day that we checked out which made our next few hours of driving much nicer. They have a sport shed to store the bikes overnight which was nice. The room was clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning worked very well.

Wifi was spotty but ok for our needs.

Lovely situation, plenty of free parking, clean, nice pool and hot tub. Good on site restaurant.

The stairs!! No lift and a long walk to the room with steps on the way so you couldn’t use a trolley. Definitely needs a lift for the upper floors.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using the hot tub and the sauna

Reception informed us that our reservation through Booking.com meant we had to stay off the main property in an annex that was not of the same quality as the main hotel. I am not sure that Booking.com made that clear.

The location, amenities and hospitality are too good

No elevators in the hotel and access to rooms is a bit complicated when trying to search your room for the first time. No clear direction/signages to access the amenities like gym and pool.

Room was spotless, everything worked perfectly. The location was close to all amenities. The spa although small was perfect for relaxing and the fact it was included in the stay was great value.

We stayed in the separate building which was fully ok. Maybe the entrance can be still improved a little, with a banister along the stairs. Also maybe a second chair in the room

Friendly staff and very spacious room. Very convenient stop between Sagueny and Quebec. Enjoyed the hot and cold pools by the lake

There was a bit of noise from the road and what sounded like a generator outside our room at the back but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again
