The room, bed sheets, pillows, mattress were spotless clean. I normally never sleep in hotel bedsheets. I always bring a sleeping bag and my own pillow. I actually slept in the bedsheets at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable too. Staff was friendly and helpful concerning tourist information, also bilingual in French and English. Quick check-in. Parking is excellent. Hot tub was clean and the water was plentiful and boiling hot. Good air conditioning within the rooms. Rooms are modern and renovated.

The only grievance I have was the strong smell of chlorine from the swimming pool. I work with industrial chemicals for a living btw, so I am not one to complain over the smell of chlorine; however, this was a strong smell! We rented 2 deluxe rooms within the hotel, where the pool is located. I highly suggest that the establishment considers switching from chlorine to a saltwater system. Eliminating the chlorine smell with that extra investment would boost their ranking to an easy 9 to 9.5 out of 10 if they did.

The receptionist was polite, knowledgeable and very welcoming, service was quick. The rooms were clean and well presented. Parking spaces were a little tight for our large van, so we were given a larger spot behind the hotel, which worked out just fine. Very secure an comfortable stay. we did not use the pool/spa/fitness area. Suited us very well and everything was as expected for a quick overnight stopover on our way to the Whale Watching tour in Tadoussec.

There was no toiletries in the bathroom, so was glad I had brought my own shower gel/toothpaste/shampoo etc.

The staff were very nice and helpful. It was very clean in the room- one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve had at a hotel. We were using our car and the location was good for getting to different parts of the city, about 12 minutes from Old QC

It could be loud at times, but not during the night time. The tv had a crack in the screen and the desk lamp didn’t work. We didn’t use so it didn’t bother us.

The staff at the reception was very helpful with accommodating a special request for the room. The room was spotless!!! The cleaning staff does an amazing job. I had no cash to tip them but the reception charged me the tip amount and gave me cash. Everything was just great!

Now, I know what someone meant by tight parking...there is not much room to manouver in and out but it is doable.

The internal swimming pool (including hot-tub and sauna), with the provided towels was very refreshing. The motel is very good accessible, and there are several restaurants within a few minutes of drive. Also downtown Quebec is easy to drive to in roughly 15 minutes.

The WIFI is not perfect, as the connection is often disconnected in the motel rooms, furthest from the reception.

I like the clientele service the room was clean the hot tub and pool where lovely and location was ideal.

The continental breakfast was reasonable but I would have preferred it if the fruit was fresher the bananas were Brown, And a little bit more variety for those who have food sensitivities or allergies

The room was clean It smelled nice. Perfect for what we needed for our family. Super close to downtown Quebec City and a great price to boot.

The pool could use some work as the chlorine was extremely high and the hot tub needed maintenance perhaps a water switch over.

The check-out is too early in comparison to the check-in. 5 hours between them. The check-in should be earlier.

the breakfast, sauna, pool, jacuzzi. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was made I could bounce a coin on the bedspread. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and polite.

The only issue was on the last night of my stay the water in the jacuzzi did not look clean.
