Very VERY clean!! I loved that the parking was included because we travelled with the trip for a trade show. In some hotels, we have to pay for 2 spots. It was very nice that we could park anywhere and not have extra fees. This is HUGE for a small business. Coming back to the same hotel next year

I honestly have Zero dislikes. The staff was extremely nice. My husband doesn’t speak French and they were still able to communicate with him in English. This is hard to find in Quebec City. If I had to give a dislike.. maybe having non-pork options would be nice. I’m not a Muslim but Pork upsets my stomach. If there was chicken or Turkey sausage/strips , it would have made breakfast a little more filling. Eggs are Good :)

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool was kept clean at all times and it was a highlight for my kids. The gym room and other amenities exceeded our expectations. I loved the calm neighborhood and closeness to stores and gas station.

Breakfast lacked local food such as croissants or baguettes. Would appreciate to see more policies in place to minimize waste (less plastic cutlery and plates and more washable solutions). This is the part of the world with so much water, so wasting less and reusing more would be more preferred. Thank you for taking this into consideration!

This is perhaps the most recently contructed hotel in Quebec. It has quartz counters in the washroom, top quality equipment in all places (TV, AC and heater in room, shower head, tub, sink, mirrors, etc) Has nice ceramic flooring mostly and then carpet, huge pace room, a couch ..it has a safe (we didn't use it), and INCLUDED BREAKFAST at 6 AM. The location is green, no need to worry about crossing the bridge for an evening show downtown, as we are ALREADY ON THE ISLAND, with the highway taking you downtown in less than 10 minutes, for parking, such as the Capitole underground parking, or elsewhere in Quebec city. The place is very quiet, recent new neighborhood. Outside, although the view is of a shopping center at large, there's the amenities of Canadian Tire, Harvey's and other stores for those interested. Interestingly, there's a breakfast place across the street, for those preferring something more fancy than the breakfast, that in and of itself, is plenty.....for even a foody and hungry customer. Plenty of FREE parking in the back as well. This is a place that simply feels like home.

The front desk closes the cash early, so they can't make change if you pay with dollar bills, for depanneur stuff, like water bottle, chips, etc.

The location was easy to find and had lots of parking available. The free breakfast provided was great and exceeded my expectations! The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no operable Electric Vehicle charger available for my EV during my stay which negatively affected my stay.

The staff was pretty amazing, always ready to assist us. The layout of the hotel is very nice. Everything looks good and clean. The swimming pool is pleasant. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathroom was very neat and modern. And we loved to have the big size dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. We liked to have different options at breakfast. The blinds were very good, covering all the light from outside.

At breakfast, the waffle mixture had a weird smell, and the waffle machine needed to be deep clean.

Clean hotel and this is first and for most for me… the rest I can live without… staff very nice & smily

Coffee machine outdated… not good quality… minimum to have nowadays are keurig… breakfast is 2/10: less than basic… no cheese slices.. no olives… no baked potatoes… eggs tasteless… coffee cold (yes available all day but cold).. also in the rooms there needs to be more available garbage bags specially that cleaning is done every 2 days… more soap… more toilet paper… we had to ask for what we needed

Location is good as it was a short drive to Old Quebec and the Falls. Breaksfast was good. overall cleanliness is good along with friendly staff

Comfy rooms, but basic amenities, for longer stays it can be a challenge, especially when eating in (i.e. no dining table/chairs, small kitchenette area)

We enjoyed the breakfast, the variety of options. The staff were friendly and overall the facility and rooms were clean.

I didn’t like how there were scuff marks in the room that were quite noticeable. Would recommend painting the room. Also the pillows for the bed were a bit worn, either needs more filling or new ones.

the hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Location is very near the highway so easy access and they have a good free parking. Ideal for a night.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, so not the most charming surrounding. Ok if you're just going through but wouldn't spend a week there. Continental breakfast is ok at best.

Very good hotel and amazing service by the front desk. Free breakfast which was a add on. Coffee and tea is served at the lobby all the time. Neat and tidy rooms.
