The grounds were absolutely stunning. This is our second time staying there and plan on staying there again.

The beds were a little hard.

Beautiful building in a beautiful garden oasis with private access to the beach. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were also good, with gluten free options too. Staff were very accommodating at all times. Would highly recommend.

My only criticism is that the room should have better options in the mini-bar (not very curated with no alcoholic options or snacks). The tea / coffee selection was also a little poor considering we had booked a suite. (It really should have a Nespresso machine or something of the sort for a 4-star hotel).

What a magical place. Beautiful hotel, pool, beach, garden grounds, and historic old town all right there. The staff were so considerate, and the owners lovely and interacting every day with guests. We can’t wait to make this our spot for our annual Italian family holiday, and to return every year.

Nothing - it was all heaven!

Peaceful and relaxed ambience, beautiful gardens, direct access to the private section of beach, the historic Palazzo buildings, our spacious garden villa room with balcony overlooking the sea, friendly and helpful staff, and the range of choice for continental breakfast on the attractive terrace overlooking the sea.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in our room - English style!

We ended up upgrading our room to the main building and this room was wonderful. The outdoor breakfast location was very nice. Enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the use of the sun loungers. It was nice to have a short stroll into town where there was a good choice of restaurants. Having driven there by car it was good to have free parking onsite.

The location is the very best thing. No car needed, lots to do in the area. Gorgeous, Very Italian town Very chilled hotel, welcoming to families with a beautiful pool and great access to the beach

Beautiful grounds and the location is perfect for enjoying everything in the local S.M Castellabate area. The private beach is so convenient. There was lots of choice on offer at the breakfast buffet and the setting over looking the beach was the perfect way to start the day. The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful.

We had an amazing two days stay in this historic hotel. The veiw from our room was beautiful and the open fire was comforting while a winter storm raged outside. Being the only guests staying in this rambling palace felt surreal. We used it as a base to see Paestum ruins (only 25 mins away). The owner Francesca was warm and welcoming .. would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone. We hope to return one day and see it in the sunshine.

The location of the property is Suberb as one has direct access to beach and pool and within 200 meters of the town . The grounds are beautifully kept with lovely lemon trees and vines along with trees and flowers and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and food very good

Beach was small but adequate and very close. Breakfast was good Room had a wonderful view and was large and comfortable. Parking was good. Lovely gardens.

We had a problem with ants in the room. Pool was just being filled up as we were early in the season.
