Staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities were very clean and sufficient. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Room was spacious. Smart TV was in the room which made my night relaxing. Breakfast provided was delicious with a wide array of options. Security system of tapping your room card before going up elevator was also nice. Overall, very worth the price!

Location is a bit outside the main Lampang tourist area, with barely any amenities in the vicinity. Bare in mind for travellers without a private car, which fortunately we did. In any case, a Grab to the city market takes less than 10 minutes. The elevator button was a bit hard to push at first.

Best bed we had in Thailand this trip! Nice breakfast as well with nice and huge windows in the eating area. Also, the restaurant nearby had also very tasty food, and since we were hotel guests, we got it for a bit cheaper

I tried to ask for a separate duvet so I didn't have to share with my sister, but they gave me a winter duvet. But I guess that was a misunderstanding, I think they believed I was cold - which explains why they looked so puzzled when I asked for another duvet. So I had to pay for the winter blanket that I didn't use (it was way too hot to use a winter blanket)

The hotel was clean and modern, excellent Smart TV , albeit a small screen, which we didn't expect. Lovely view from the balcony. Shower good, hot and consistent. Sheets and towels changed every day.

The location was too far out of town. We walked in and out a couple of times, but it was a long dark walk and there were a few hostile dogs around. It . The breakfast was only for people from Asia - apart from superb sourdough bread.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Parking was adequate, even with a busy hotel.

The eggs were hard and cold, The selection at breakfast was ample enough. I wish there was more advertising about the two restaurants just steps away from the front door. One was not noticed until we were leaving after a three day stay.

Excellent staff including khun Buzz, Min, Basketball, the breakfast staff and the housekeepers. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and provided veggie options that appeared unexpectedly, when we thought that the usual meaty buffet was all they had. Rooms large, spotless and very comfy bed, we will definitely be back!

Noisy streetside although room was quiet.

Room was very clean indeed. Breakfast and location were average.

There were some drunk people came back from night out and make very loud noises at night.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The Thai breakfast spread was good.

Nothing that we dislike. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was the only disappointing thing. Not much choice of European food. Coffee was not very good. However, the breakfast area is pleasant and there are some Thai food options.
