The apartment suites are in an excellent location. The entrance is beautiful and it projects a sense of calm and tranquility. My room was very clean, large and comfortable. The bathroom mirror was big with good lighting that was great for applying my makeup. There was also a full length mirror which I find essential but is rarely provided so it was great to have this luxury. There was a beautiful welcome basket on arrival that included some local produce. A coffee machine and kettle was provided in the room with an assortment of coffee, black tea and wonderful herbal teas. A bottle of complimentary was provided each day. The room was silent and the decor was soothing with a comfortable bed so I got to sleep well which is rare when I am travelling. Great airconditioning too. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Helped make the stay a super wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Palazzo Ubertini was a delightful surprise: perfect location, comfortable, clean room, and the nicest hosts. My week-long stay could not have been better. Not only was I unexpectedly upgraded to a better room, but the staff was also incredibly generous with recommendations on how to make the most of my time in Viterbo and surrounding towns. I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Ubertini if you spend some time in Viterbo. I look forward to returning.

Palazzo Ubertini does not offer meals, as it does not have its own restaurant; however, there are plenty of good options nearby. You can ask for suggestions at the reception desk.

Modern with old world touches. Reception area and lounge. Having toilet facilities on reception floor was very useful. Library was wonderful use of space. Good lighting in hallways.

Always a concern when hotel is not staffed in the evenings. I’d suggest until 10:00 pm instead of 8:00, as it was a challenge getting g into the building after 8:00 pm. Sometimes our entry card didn’t work. Great to have an emergency number . Almost had to use it one evening, but finally the card worked.

Clean and comfortable rooms with enough beds for my two daughters and my husband and me. Central location. Excellent staff who assisted us with arranging transportation to and from a wedding and to the airport and train station. Also gave great recommendations for hair stylist, restaurants and tourist attractions. Gracious, friendly and helpful. Delightful people! Nice welcome breakfast basket. Good coffee maker.

The stairs in the rooms are very steep, but that can't be avoided because of the space and how it is divided to include a loft bedroom. The bathroom shower design also wasn't perfect as the door couldn't be opened without spreading water over the floor, which we had to dry with the bath mat. No tissues for the nose or makeup removal were provided.

Great location, right in the historic center of Viterbo! Everything is easily accessible, including free parking a 10 min walk from the hotel (there is an elevator to the parking near San Lorenzo). No noise from the street, even during student's night out. Would strongly recommend!

Please be aware of the ZTL (limited traffic zone). The hotel must register your car for you to access the zone without paying a fine.

This is a well-restored building in the old town, converted into large hotel rooms which contain a well-equipped kitchenette, and private bathroom. The owners are on site most of the time, and take the trouble to personally show the guest to the room, explaining how the equipment works. They also provide a leaflet about the town, and a list of recommended restaurants. The booking for the rooms does not include breakfast, so it was a pleasant surprise to be given a small box containing more than enough food items to make breakfast on the first morning.

Fantastic small hotel in the centre of beautiful medieval Viterbo. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and spotless and the welcome basket of goodies is a lovely touch. Manuela and her staff are delightful and so helpful and welcoming. There are no breakfast facilities but there are plenty of cafes on the doorstep and I can’t recommend this lovely little hotel enough!

IT IS A TOP NOTCH HOTEL WITH ALL FACILITIES. SUPER CLEAN AND VERY UPDATED TO TODAY NEEDS. IT HAS ALL THE GADGETS NEEDED AND WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY IN VITERBO THANKS TO PALAZZO UBERTINI. PARKING FACILITIES NEXT TO THE HOTEL MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS EASY TO CHECK IN. WE WERE ALSO OFFERED A WELCOME PACK WHICH WE APPRECIATED NEXT MORNING, AS BREAKFAST IS NOT SERVED THERE YET.

From the wonderful manager who got up at midnight to let our group in into the hotel, helped us park and move our luggage to the beautiful and thoughtfully decorated suites, fabulous bathroom and even a small kitchen, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a rare gem of a boutique hotel so perfectly located in beautiful Viterbo that it is a must stay if in the area. We will definitely return. Every aspect of our stay was delightful especially the superb staff!

Beautiful historic building, restored with all modern amenities. The property is in the perfect location with the ancient walled city of Viterbo!

The only small detail we didn’t like, was that the temperature was hard to control in our first room. However, they were kind enough to have one of the staff come after hours to move us to a new room which was the perfect temperature. The next day they even treated us to breakfast at a local coffee shop to make up for our trouble, which they didn’t need to do! What amazing service!
