It was great location. Near to shopping, restaurants, very central for visiting my family. Easy access to get to the airport. Super clean!

My only complain is that the air conditioner get hot during the night. We adjust the temperature but change automatically to 85 😅. Room 107

Staff was very friendly!

Handicap room. I am not handicapped, but have back and neck issues. The bed was terribly soft. So much so that you really sunk in and getting out wasn’t easy. I don’t know how someone that was handicapped would manage that bed without assistance! The room was very nice except for that.

We always stay Holiday Inn Express, never been to a bad one, they are always clean, and staff is always friendly.

Wish I could have checked in when I arrived. We flew in early in the morning and had to wait hours to get in our room. I'd have even paid a little more to get in our room upon arrival.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and valued. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were outstanding. They couldn't do enough for us. It was a great experience. Next time we are in town, we will certainly stay here.

I love the dark rooms ,the breakfast smell in the morning!!!The best thing i love is check-out time is 12noon YOU CANT GO WRONG HERE>>>>SO RELAXING your body just sink in the bed.....2thumps up!!!!

NO LUNCH OR DINNER

Good breakfast, nice staff. Although I didn't like that I couldn't cancel after I booked my room. I booked because power was out during the hurricane, and shortly after it came back on, so I went to cancel and couldn't or I'd be charged the amount anyway for cancelation. I have a 6 month old and being in a hotel without her bassinet, high chair, swing and other things was difficult. The lady at the front desk told me she would get me a high chair and crib that they had and bring it up to me and never did. Other than that the room was never nice and clean, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast had a nice variety. Everyone was really nice.

Staff were very professional and friendly. They accommodated an extra night stay. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again and pass the word to family and friends.

The location was good close to Orlando and surrounding area. Property clean, staff great! Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooms key worked. Hotel has adjacent truck parking.

I didn’t have any issues at the time of our stay.

I liked the hotel cleanliness, the breakfast, and the respect for the quiet hours. The dining area was immaculate and a staff member was continuously cleaning as diners left their tables. The food was simple but tasty. I really enjoyed the egg white veggie omlet and the cinnamon roll was delicious. Their coffe was also above standard.

I didn't like Holiday Inn Express' bathroom (it can use an upgrade) or their price. I also didn't like that I booked with booking.com because I could not cancel the booking once I found out that the Comfort Inn (right across the parking lot) was much cheaper. My cousins got rooms there and I was able to see that their rooms were a little more modern and better maintained for a lot less money (approx. $100+ difference). P. S. I had to have my room keycard fixed all three days I was there due to the keycard expiring each day. That was a nuisance.
