The room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Despite the large number of guests with children, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It is nice to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the Theme parks (Disneyland and Universal) at regular times. For those who prefer not to use the shuttle, the theme parks are not far from the hotel.

I had booked my hotel with a breakfast-inclusive option and provided information about the foods we would not be able to eat. I was told that the breakfest area staff could guide us regarding the daily menu. However, I couldn't find anyone to ask for information during breakfast.

Bed was really comfortable, loved the set up of the suite. Hotel overall was clean.

I wish they offered airport transportation, that would of been an additional bonus!! Although, they apperantly offer transportation to all Disney parks, if u care about that. I got conflicting info on when check-out time is. Email vs front desk during check in. Had whom I assume is housekeeping manager knock on our door at 1110am asking "why havent u left?!" Which idk if it was a language barrier but nonetheless it was rude. We had got in after midnight due to multiple flight delays so we def slept through multiple alarms, but def did not appreciate being woken up like that. Front desk during check out was wonderful. Even asked if we could possibly stay a bit longer to enjoy their pool as I expressed how beautiful it was but we didnt have time to enjoy any amenities.

Very clean, nice property, the staff was super nice, the breakfast area was huge and had lots of options, nice pool too. The rooms were big and clean.

It's not a really negative point, because it was mentioned, bud I am a bit confused why a hotel guest must pay extra for the parking.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. We loved the pool, and the game room was super fun. They also had a really good fitness room. The hotel was in a great location. They also had a decent breakfast buffet. For the price, this hotel is fantastic.

There were only Two things I didn't like. The first is that there isn't anyone to assist you with your luggage, and they only had two luggage carts for guest to share. It is very frustrating when you are arriving with a large group of families, and you have to make multiple trips to get all your luggage in the room. The second issue is that when we called the front desk for additional towels, it took quite a while. We would have to call multiple times. The hotel overall just seemed extremely understaffed at times.

Cleanliness, close proximity to everything, complimentary breakfast and mickey mouse shaped waffles are superb! Very quiet noise ceiled rooms so you're able to sleep comfortably. Clean restrooms and shower! Clean and nice size pool with well kept chairs and tables. Also, there's a very nice firepit lounge area and two gas grills (ask them to turn them on for you) with nearby clean restrooms. Very convenient and highly recommend!

Few stains on the walls from other guests not that big of a deal but maybe they could be taken out with some cleaning just to make the rooms look even better.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. I liked that they offered on site laundry as well, it definitely came in handy during our stay and they replaced the towels after the 2nd night which was great!

The mini fridge in our room didn’t stay cold for some reason. We didn’t let anyone know because we only had leftovers once or twice, but it was a little unfortunate.

The staff Sebastian. I came in to the hotel and this guys Sebastian was there and i was with somebody and we went to use the pool table we were having trouble and then i notice the person that was with me ask for help to sebastian in front desk and he try to help but then he was flurting with the guy that was with me giving him his personal Instagram and telling him he has any question or help to contact him personally in instagram that is not acceptable he is there to work not give out his instagram and without knowing if that guy was with me or not he shouldnt be giving personal Instagram and saying contactme throu there for help.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I love the pool area especially. I love the location being close to both Disney and universal. The room was perfect size.

I don’t like the gym. It was sweaty and a bit smelly need to have better ventilation. The breakfast needs more fruits or something out of ordinary. We requested room service to come in daily but the didnt come in. Even though, we told the front desk multiple times. We only get room service like 2 out of 5days/6 nights we stayed.

Location was excellent! Very nice area to be in and very close to a lot of attractions. Facilities, common areas, bar and other spaces were amazing.

The pool was a little cold, I feel we could have enjoyed it a bit more if it were a bit warmer. Breakfast was good but I believe there could be more variety of menu options, there were always eggs cooked the same way, only 3 cereal types (non very common) but these are minor things, in general great food and service.
