The location was great, a short drive to the Disney Parks. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls

It is not a luxurious place, but it is what you need if you're going to the parks or shopping

Staffs were friendly, the room was clean, swimming pool was heated. Buffet quality was very good and there are free parkings as well. Also toilet flush power was strong. there is plaza within 5 minute walking distance with lots of food options. Our room was facing the palm way so I could hear traffic and air conditioning noise over night which was not a big problem becomes white noise. Only concern is shuttle to universal is too early and people forget that there is a thicker curtain behind the thinner see through curtain. My eyes were scarred for life seeing someone naked in their room

Very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every staff encounter was professional and polite. Food was very good, hours of availability excellent! Delightful place to stay.

At check out, I asked for an itemized bill of charges to my card. I was told I had to get it from Booking.com. When I asked how I would get my $50.00 deposit returned, I was told that would come from Booking.com. I paid the 50.00 deposit DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT at check in. This seems like a very sketchy business practice. The property and stay were great. But not being able to get my deposit back will be the lasting memory that ruins my review and referral or return.

It's a great value for the price. For just hardly $60 a night can't expect too much. It's very nice the pools are a great bonus. It said heated pool online and we did ask they said it is heated but it was freezing. It's very clean and well kept in all the common areas. The arcade is a great bonus. Cute little gift shop was also a bonus. I couldn't justify the prices for dinner and breakfast. I know they are buffets but the price was too much for what was offered. The dinner buffet wasn't the best and seemed like it was leftovers or something it was random items and nothing went together. Our waitress was very nice though. The rooms need an update for sure. More specifically of the bedding. Our beds in the two double bedroom didn't include any fitted sheets at all. there was a flat sheet a sad excuse of a blanket and another flat sheet on top of it. The water also wasn't hot at all. Barely warm enough to shower. The staff was all super friendly and I'll give them bonus points for that. I would still book here because of the security features. There's a security station to go through before you're allowed in and I think that really helped keep all the nonsense to a minimum.

The location to Disney was amazing! Only a 6 minute drive to Disney springs Lime parking garage (unless you get caught at the traffic lights on Palm Parkway for ages). The room was perfect for what we needed (somewhere to crash at the end of a busy day).

It didn't affect us too much but if you have a room facing the I4 it was loud! We got into our room on the first day and I assumed my partner hadn't closed the door, it does sound like the cars are in your room with you so if you have kids or are light sleepers you may want to request a room that faces Palm Parkway (unsure as to whether that was actually better but we made the assumption it would be).

The rate and proximity to Disney World is really good! The room is pretty clean and decent for the price. Free shuttle service to Disney, other theme parks and the outlet mall was awesome! If the shuttle times for Disney don't work for you there is a nearby public bus direct to Disney. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and awesome! There is a huge public balcony you can use if you're traveling in a large group.

It can be a long walk from the lobby to your room depending on where you're placed. We had no car during our trip. We booked with the intention of using the free shuttle service and were placed far away from the lobby where the shuttle picks up. We checked in past the shuttle time and decided to try the public bus but it's somewhat of a walk from the hotel and requires you to cross the street with no crosswalk.

Good location, the breakfast was quite good and the staff there was so kind and ready to help. Mickey pancakes were tasty and cute we loved it. The heater in the room is powerful and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The location is great and we enjoyed the sunset from our balcony. The shuttle was helpful to get to the parks, but the times don’t always suit especially to go back to the hotel.

The carpet in the room is filthy, it’s definitely time to renovate. We are both allergic and we had a tough time trying to ventilate the room. The housekeeper did a good job in keeping it tidy and clean while we were away, but the carpet doesn’t have another solution, it needs gone! It’s also a bit noise from outside, we heard people walking by, garbage truck, people shouting in the car park and the balcony’s floor being fixed right in front of our window. It didn’t stop us from sleeping but if someone’s a light sleeper that could be an issue.

This property was well taken care of. It was clean and even has security constantly walking around to ensure safety. As well as gate at the entrance. I liked the fact that the property was close to everything. Lots of options for dining and activities, no more than a 15 min drive in either direction. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms and grounds clean. We will definitely stay again. Budget friendly as well.

The only complaint I have is that there is no hot tub on the grounds. But I can say that the pool is heated and a comfortable temp. and the price and location make up for the lack of hot tubs for the adults. No real complaints on my end.

The room size with 2 queen beds was a good for 2 people who arrived with lots of stuff due to a hurried hurricane evacuation. The location was great and the free car parking / no resort fee was a welcome relief in the area where this has become the norm. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area was a prefer place to relax and was cleaned and opened very quicky following the hurricane.

The room furniture was dark and a little dated, if it was lighter it would made a big difference. The room was a little dark with daylight but once the lights were on it was fine.
