I went with my three children and it was perfect for what we needed. I really did like that there was daily housekeeping if we wanted. (since covid, many hotels that I have stayed at over the years did not have it until you checked out). the rooms were clean overall, the pool areas were also clean which I liked. Even though the hotel was sold out for the time we were there, the pools were not overcrowded, which was great for my kids to be able to enjoy the area even more. I only had breakfast on our last day there. I like the variation in options, but thought it was a little expensive. (my 10 year old paid as an adult). The other bar and grill area in the hotel's food wasn't that great and expensive. It was very close to the Disney parks, downtown and many many food places. Will probably stay there again if I need to travel to Orlando.

I didn't like that there was a bell or train/railroad crossing alarm nearby that went by every morning. But it was not that unbearable.

We've stayed here 7 times so far this year and have always been satisfied with this hotel. I refer to it as a hotel with a resort feel. I always feel comfortable here. If there is ever a problem hotel staff is quick to rectify it. it's a short drive to Disney and they do offer shuttle service. I appreciate the free parking and 24 hour security.

I wish the pool was heated. We were in 3330 and the 1st bed had a sagging mattress.

It is not a luxurious place, but it is what you need if you're going to the parks or shopping

Nice staff, good size room and it was clean- we also liked the pool in front of the Building 3000. Although there are signs at the pool that say that no drinks in the pool, there was a couple with their coffee cups in the pool, but there was no one around to complain to.

there was not anything we did not like. We were not expecting anything extravagant. We were there for an event, and we needed a safe and affordable accomodation. I liked the little bite shop where I was able to buy my morning coffee. We did not pay $18 for breakfast. We did not try on site restaurant.

Staffs were friendly, the room was clean, swimming pool was heated. Buffet quality was very good and there are free parkings as well. Also toilet flush power was strong. there is plaza within 5 minute walking distance with lots of food options. Our room was facing the palm way so I could hear traffic and air conditioning noise over night which was not a big problem becomes white noise. Only concern is shuttle to universal is too early and people forget that there is a thicker curtain behind the thinner see through curtain. My eyes were scarred for life seeing someone naked in their room

The hotel and grounds are very large but it had a homely feeling. The grounds had 2 swimming pools and were extremely clean and well kept with the addition of a water play area. A few more sun umbrellas would have been appreciated. The grounds were kept emmaculate. The main lake was a treat to look at and again well maintained. The covered outdoor seating area was really nice to relax in. Good food was served in the restaurant and plenty of choice on offer. Small shop onsite was an added bonus. Bar area was small but well stocked and also served food. A limited complimentary coach transfer was available to the parks, which was a bonus too. Our hotel rooms had everything we needed and were clean and comfortable, if a little outdated and in need of a refurb. We were opposite a large carpark but traffic noise wasnt really an issue. Would definately reccommend this hotel and would go back again.

Road noise while using the pools but because of location not really unexpected.

Very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every staff encounter was professional and polite. Food was very good, hours of availability excellent! Delightful place to stay.

At check out, I asked for an itemized bill of charges to my card. I was told I had to get it from Booking.com. When I asked how I would get my $50.00 deposit returned, I was told that would come from Booking.com. I paid the 50.00 deposit DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT at check in. This seems like a very sketchy business practice. The property and stay were great. But not being able to get my deposit back will be the lasting memory that ruins my review and referral or return.

It's a great value for the price. For just hardly $60 a night can't expect too much. It's very nice the pools are a great bonus. It said heated pool online and we did ask they said it is heated but it was freezing. It's very clean and well kept in all the common areas. The arcade is a great bonus. Cute little gift shop was also a bonus. I couldn't justify the prices for dinner and breakfast. I know they are buffets but the price was too much for what was offered. The dinner buffet wasn't the best and seemed like it was leftovers or something it was random items and nothing went together. Our waitress was very nice though. The rooms need an update for sure. More specifically of the bedding. Our beds in the two double bedroom didn't include any fitted sheets at all. there was a flat sheet a sad excuse of a blanket and another flat sheet on top of it. The water also wasn't hot at all. Barely warm enough to shower. The staff was all super friendly and I'll give them bonus points for that. I would still book here because of the security features. There's a security station to go through before you're allowed in and I think that really helped keep all the nonsense to a minimum.

We love the location, so close to Disney. The staff are helpful & it is gated with security. The price is very good too.

We have stayed here at least 6-7 times but since our previous stay in June they have introduced a daily charge of $10 to park (max charge 5days) which is acceptable. The only thing i would complain about is the new housekeeping which is only making beds & cleaning rooms every 4 days. Clean towels were left daily but when i’m on vacation i do like to come back to a clean room, i feel that is part of the daily charge. We will probably look elsewhere for our next trip.
