The only thing needs attention is the lights in the room. Bathroom and main lights are intercontinental which makes it impossible to turn the bathroom lights without turning the room light.

The hotel is just over a year old and is very clean and we loved the room and facilities. It is also conveniently located to Disney Springs and all Disney Theme Parks.

The curb appeal leaves a lot to be desired. The foliage is very dry with tall grass and not at all maintained. There are 2 possible entries and the one we took, we questioned if we were in the right place, due to the state of the grass etc. Also, the front desk staff were unfamiliar of the restaurants etc. in the surrounding area. Now, let me say that it seemed the person seemed to be new as they seemed to be going through training when we checked in. However, we would have preferred if she said she was unfamiliar but would check and let us know.

Property has only been open for 2-months, so it is in pristine condition. Comfortable, spacious rooms, great for families. Breakfast was great consisting of Mickey waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, juices, & coffee. Staff was friendly & the location is close to many options, but yet is in a more quiet area, which was nice.

Parking! We came back from the Magic Kingdom late one night & had no space to park. My husband asked the front desk staff where we were to park & we were informed to park on the street in front of the hotel (which was dark & no other cars were). My husband said, he was not comfortable with that & front desk staff responded with “I can’t just go move a car!” I think they may also be understaffed because there was always one person at the front desk multitasking, so there was often a wait.

The property was five star! Clean, new, great staff, fantastic facility. I would take the few blasé things, and recommend this emphatically over most of the places we’ve stayed at in Orlando. It’s very nice and I can’t recommend it enough.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but it was alright. The location was a bit out of the way. GPS kept trying to take us to the subdivision and street behind the hotel; the street does not connect.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was inviting and smelled quite lovely. Check in was a breeze! The room was perfectly clean, comfortable and modern. The lighting in the room was great, especially in the bathroom where you really want it. The shower was large and had good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and cozy which made for some restful sleep.

I was surprised by a parking fee. I didn’t expect the extra $12 per night. I had thought that breakfast was included but it was also an additional fee of $15 per person per day. The breakfast fee didn’t bother me since it’s often something we don’t take advantage of, but it was still a little surprise. The pool was open dawn to dusk. Understandable from a noise perspective but Florida heat is still alive and well after dark- it would have been nice to relax in the pool at the end of the day

Horrible. Utensils were cheep and would bend when you used them. The eggs were blah and the sausage was cheap. Juice cups stuck together so you are wasting almost half of them. Waffles were cold and soggy. Change to DIY waffles so they are hot and done. We skipped breakfast day 2.

The hotel was up to usual Pestana standards. We stay in Pestana hotels in Funchal, the main reason we chose this one. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff called up to check everything met our expectations - a nice touch. The bathroom was great and the shower worked really well. Plenty of towels and the toiletries provided were of a good standard. Overall, really good and excellent front desk staff. Thank you.

Constructive criticisms: The coffee machine wasn't great, could be better served with a small kettle. Also, need to make it clear that parking has to be paid for. It is reasonable, but an unexpected extra.

The front desk was beyond welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The had wonderful welcoming treats as well. The rooms are spacious and I loved that it is away from major roads.

There were a few random fees, (tourist tax) specially, which I know is not the hotel, but there was also a facilities fee for $10 and parking for $11. I am not sure what the facilities fee is for (only thing to use would be the pool, which was rather small, or the welcome treats) and I never understand why hotels charge a parking fee, especially when you are parking your own car. But compared to other hotels, the fees were minimal.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was very clean and had all the basics you would expect/need in your room. They also welcomed us with Mickey Mouse waffles and a sweet note. Bottled water is provided daily, a plus for Florida! The location is great if you want to visit Disney, there is even a free shuttle which is very useful.

The only downside was the breakfast. The food that was offered was of good quality, but there was a lack of variety or healthy options. Limited fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas only) with no fresh veggie options. If you are vegetarian, it might be rough. But the breads, spreads, waffles, and pancakes, for example, were always fresh and in abundance.

The location was great. It was a more private space. The hotel was very clean. To me, that makes a huge impression. The front staff also made our sofa bed for us and no hotel has ever done that. They also gave us a special “thank you” the first night. That was very sweet.

You have to pay to park. $10 a day and would be paid at check out. I thought that it should be included in the stay but it did not alter our reason to stay.
