Property has only been open for 2-months, so it is in pristine condition. Comfortable, spacious rooms, great for families. Breakfast was great consisting of Mickey waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, juices, & coffee. Staff was friendly & the location is close to many options, but yet is in a more quiet area, which was nice.

Parking! We came back from the Magic Kingdom late one night & had no space to park. My husband asked the front desk staff where we were to park & we were informed to park on the street in front of the hotel (which was dark & no other cars were). My husband said, he was not comfortable with that & front desk staff responded with “I can’t just go move a car!” I think they may also be understaffed because there was always one person at the front desk multitasking, so there was often a wait.

The property was five star! Clean, new, great staff, fantastic facility. I would take the few blasé things, and recommend this emphatically over most of the places we’ve stayed at in Orlando. It’s very nice and I can’t recommend it enough.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but it was alright. The location was a bit out of the way. GPS kept trying to take us to the subdivision and street behind the hotel; the street does not connect.

The only thing needs attention is the lights in the room. Bathroom and main lights are intercontinental which makes it impossible to turn the bathroom lights without turning the room light.

Horrible. Utensils were cheep and would bend when you used them. The eggs were blah and the sausage was cheap. Juice cups stuck together so you are wasting almost half of them. Waffles were cold and soggy. Change to DIY waffles so they are hot and done. We skipped breakfast day 2.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was very clean and had all the basics you would expect/need in your room. They also welcomed us with Mickey Mouse waffles and a sweet note. Bottled water is provided daily, a plus for Florida! The location is great if you want to visit Disney, there is even a free shuttle which is very useful.

The only downside was the breakfast. The food that was offered was of good quality, but there was a lack of variety or healthy options. Limited fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas only) with no fresh veggie options. If you are vegetarian, it might be rough. But the breads, spreads, waffles, and pancakes, for example, were always fresh and in abundance.

The location was great. It was a more private space. The hotel was very clean. To me, that makes a huge impression. The front staff also made our sofa bed for us and no hotel has ever done that. They also gave us a special “thank you” the first night. That was very sweet.

You have to pay to park. $10 a day and would be paid at check out. I thought that it should be included in the stay but it did not alter our reason to stay.

Pestana is an exceptional hotel. I chose it because my daughter and her family was staying at a timeshare with in laws nearby. In fact, Pestano was only a mile, 2 turns away. I don’t travel much, so I was apprehensive about booking. But, Pestano was AMAZING! The lobby is lovely with quiet music and coffee. My room wasn’t ready, but I just had to wait about 10 minutes. Upon walking into the room, I was surprised with how spacious, well lit, sparkling clean, and welcoming everything was! There were even 2 Mickey waffles on a plate with a card with my name on it! (I took those to my granddaughter and her cousin. They gobbled them!) There were 2 big screen TVs, the bathroom was huge and sparkling and bright, and the queen beds had the most comfortable pillows. Prior to finding my room, I was a bit turned around. There were housekeeper stopped and took me right to my room. The gentleman at the desk was there both afternoon and morning and he was very polite and gracious. I am very grateful for the Pestano experience. I am a 67 year old retired teacher. My budget doesn’t allow for traveling. Pestano created a stay fit for royalty and I appreciate all the kindnesses and details. Thank you so very much!

There were blood around my bathroom! I felt that the bathroom wasn't properly clean!

Exceptional for the price. Basic facilities but clean, fresh, everything you would expect as a minimum for accomodation. Pestana actually exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, very clean and there were finishing touches that I just didn’t expect this place would have. Staff were friendly and left us to our devices. The quality of Pestana is unmatched considering the price. We did hear about the possible timeshare offers/history which we were not interested in but we were not asked (thankfully). Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, pretty good. Location is near both Disney and Universal parks, very close to I-4 but in a parallel street with less traffic. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Staff is great, and for the Brazilian fellows many speaks Portuguese =) There is also free shuttles to the parks - we ended up not taking them, but it is a great addition to those who are not renting a car in Orlando.

There is no lights in the street leading to the hotel - at night, it may be hard to find the entrance of the hotel since there is no street lights nor signs telling the location of the hotel. You will probably need a GPS to get it there. Shower could also get a fix up; shower is above a bath tub which is unusable since there is nothing to close the tub drain. Shower curtain was also pretty annoying as it always keeps everything wet.
