Stayed for 4 nights with our mother and auntie in a 3-bedroom condo. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift so it's something to keep in mind. We got help with the luggage so that was great. Plenty of parking right outside of the building although at night you might need to drive a bit further from the building's entrance to find a spot. The apartment itself was fantastic. It is vintage style for sure but grand, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, very good toiletries including hair conditioner which was a nice touch. Every room had a TV and its own bathroom. However the bathroom in one of the rooms was inside the room. Imagine a large space with very large bathtub in the middle, bed against one wall, the sink and the shower against the other wall. Very odd setup and we'd prefer the bathroom to be a separate room. Can't imagine having a steaming hot bath with the bed two feet away. Crucially, the toilet was indeed separate. The kitchen fully equipped if you like cooking your meals, the dining area was great and the living room was massive. There were two balconies to enjoy as well. Beds were large and comfy. In terms of the facilities there is a shop/cafe on site right with food, snacks, drinks and basic necessities. Also a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staying at this resort also gives you access to the fancier-looking one across the road. We went to take a look and it was impressive with bar, restaurant, two pools, mini golf. Very nice and we did enjoy a drink there a couple of times. The location of the resort is excellent - very close to Disney parks, shopping, restaurants and attractions. All in all a fabulous stay and we would love to return one day. Excellent value for money for our group of 4.

This place always feels like a second home. I am never burdened with needing anything as it's either available on property or can be easily delivered to the property. As someone who travels with toddlers to the Disney parks the proximity to the parks is great, the property has so much to do for my kids they are never bored, and we never have to "kid proof" the room by moving random decor that serves no purpose other than being a hazard. The layout of the rooms is great for families including the option to dine on the balcony. See you again soon Cypress Pointe.

Having to leave 😄

Room was incredibly nice and clean and LARGE. Bed was comfy and I love that they enforce a “quiet” period overnights. Location is perfect and there is lots of parking.

That 10 AM checkout is the WORST it should be 11 AM at the very least. That was the only downside.

this is one of my favorite properties in the area as they have upscale accommodations with large condos screen and balconies a huge pool a lot of other facilities in a quiet area close to everything in the area it's probably the best of the best I'll be back again

I liked everything about the property it's clean quiet a beautiful pool and very clean sparkling hot tub or restaurants available for food everyone seems friendly I did get a request a for a condo not on the road but it did end up on a side road which had some noise I would prefer my condo face the parking lot which I asked for but for some reason there was still a side roll with a lot of noise a closer look at the map next time because I know the area and I prefer one not on the road any road I like quiet not the sound of cars

The location was great staff friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed and it was clean.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The staff was really friendly, they helped where they could. Our room was really clean, there was a bathtub in the middle of the room which was a bit weird but it was fine, it was just my husband and I 🙂 the bed was comfortable, the pillows too. We didn't have time to try the swimming pools , but they looked nice and clean. They have two washing machine and dryers that we could use, it really helped us out. There is a little store /deli in the main building where you can buy coffee, sandwiches and must have stuff, we only got coffee but it was a really nice thing to have. We stayed here during hurricane Ian, we originally wanted to leave one the day when the hurricane hit (not to go home, but to continue our trip elsewhere) so we extended our stay here. There was a movie showing with free popcorn and drinks (I don't know if it was because of the hurricane or they have it regularly anyway) I would definitely stay here again.

There were two things I didn't like: The first one was that our room didn't have a thermostat, it was in the room next to us, and those wo had that room set it to a really low temperature... We had to heat the room with the air conditioning unit which worked after all (after I got sick on the first day from the cold.) The second was that they said that they have free Disney shuttles for the guests. They were way too late, way after the park opening times, so we never used them, we paid for Uber every day. If you want to be in the parks when they open, these free shuttles are not for you.

Furniture was heavy and dated and not comfortable in the dining and living room. The master bathroom lighting was dull and not bright enough.

This is my favorite property to stay at when I come to visit the Disney parks. The location puts you about 15 minutes away from the parks, very close to shops and dining. The property has basketball courts, playgrounds, pools at both this location and its sister property across the way. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and includes a washer and dryer! This will continue to be our go to location when staying in Orlando.

I wish they served coffee at the store on site or maybe in the lobby so you can fuel up for a busy day.

The location was extremely convenient and the service was impeccable.

It was modern and the room was spacious and clean. There were free laundry facilities which we really appreciated. There was a free shuttle to various Disney resorts - once to drop off and once to pick up.

After we had checked in, we were stopped by a woman at a counter near the main door as we were heading to our room. She said we needed a parking permit which we said was strange as the man who checked us in hadn’t mentioned that we needed a permit and it seemed that he should have taken care of it. She then went on to try to sell us a Hilton vacation package which we thought was an underhand way of getting us to stop and listen to her.
