The apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was a good location. Staff came as soon as I asked for items to be replenished. Everyone was friendly and polite. I had a little bit of trouble with the wifi, and they fixed it immediately. We loved that the rooms could accommodate so many of us! Great service!! The pool was okay for cleanliness, but the hot tub was very dirty. We couldn't go into the hot tub because there was a ring of dirt that was swimming around the hot tub and there were bugs inside the hot tub. It was very dirty. I proceeded to tell the male worker inside at the desk. I mentioned that it was dirty and that we couldn't use it. He said someone would be there to clean it shortly. We were in the pool and the pool area for a very long time, over 3 hours with everyone. However, no one came to clean the hot tub!! Other families came and wanted to go into the hot tub with their kids, and they couldn't go because it needed to be cleaned. I believe it wasn't cleaned the next day either because we went by and looked.

We have stayed at this resort several times and have never had any issues. The staff is great. Being able to park right in front of your room is amazing. GREAT location for Disney World; Literally 2 redlights away from start of WDW property at Disney Springs (Downtown Disney). We really enjoy having all that extra room when we go down for a longer stay (4 nights this time). My party has never walked the property, or used any of the facilities, however another family down with us did walk around and said that the pool area was pretty nice.

The bathrooms: always clean but very outdated, Tub/shower isn't easily accessible if you have someone in your party with mobility issues, which we do. They are renovating the rooms/bathrooms, but unfortunately the only way to get one is to rent both sides (large 1-bedroom apartment and connecting 1-bedroom mini suite). Also, there isn't an elevator to access second floor units. Which for us is an issue since we do have someone in our party with mobility issues. So, if you book with a third party you will need to contact the resort directly to make sure that they know you need a ground floor unit, which of course still isn't a guarantee.

The location in proximity to Disney world was great, and a fraction of the price of a Disney resort on property suite. The size of each bedroom in the suite was perfect for our party needs. Each room having a bathroom in between made for great sound barriers and privacy between rooms. The amenities were all really helpful for our needs, the kitchen was stocked with all of the basic tools and essential supplies we needed for our week, being able to make food in was a good money saver. Everything was fresh and clean upon arrival. We would stay again for sure in future, and are glad they are renovating to keep the property up to date to stay competitive.

No elevator to second floor, it was difficult with our heavy luggage up and down. Beds and couch were very firm. One odd thing, there was a barn style sliding door to bathroom in the master. The heavy door lacked a way to close from the inside. It had gaps on both sides of the door when closed, which was not great for privacy. Additionally the closet was in the bathroom, with mirrored sliding doors which made privacy even more difficult with the barn door gaps. We worked around it by keeping the closet door open, but it was awkward and not well thought out.

* The location is excellent, close to the Disney parks, around many restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and everything you need. * The staff was friendly and helpful. * The apartment was nice and relatively new. * The kitchen was well equipped but it would be nice if there were basic products like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. like in other apartments we stayed in. * Generally we enjoyed our stay.

* The second bathroom, which was used by the two bedrooms, was very small and there was no place to store things. * We had ants problem in one of the rooms, the staff was able to partially take care of the problem, but there are still ants left but much less. * No housekeeping service in the resort, it would be nice if they provided cleaning services at least after 3 nights. We were in the apartment for 7 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. They take out trash, provide towels and toilet paper but you have to ask them over the phone every time. A bit exhausting... * No fitness center.

We had a three bedroom 2 bath unit for 3 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The location to the downtown Disney restaurants and stores was within a mile. Great service!

The sofa in the livingroom area was a fake leather. It was shedding tiny dark pieces of the fabric/covering so we had to cover it with a shett to keep our clothes free from the debris. Other than this, the unit was clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and very clean. We really loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed. Parking and check in were easy. The property is right across the street from a bunch of restaurants and bars. We really recommend eating at Susuru!

The facilities and furniture are unfortunately pretty beat up. You can tell it was nice at one point, but there has been a lot of wear and tear. The area is also a bit difficult to drive around since Disney World is next door.

It was an ok experience and is at a safe location with security patrol round the clock! The beds were comfortable - rooms are ok not too spacious.

Dont take First floor rooms if you have a lot of luggage! We had selected rooms on the First Floor, which we regretted as we had to carry the heavy Luggage up the stairs our self :-( And if you are staying with Kids avoid staying in this Resort - as the other rooms are right beside each other - and we were hearing a coulple making out moaning noises in our Room (Very clearly)! And the nearest Restaurants are almost 700m-800m distance by walk - so we had to take a taxi

The location was great, easy access to freeway and not far from restaurants and a super market. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and bonus to have the washer and dryer there too.

Arrived 4pm for our check in. Advised that the room wasn't ready yet. Was told I would receive an email when ready. Lucky we didn't wait around as came back at 6pm to enquire if room was ready, as hadn't yet received an email. No apology was given for us having to wait for the late check in.

The location of the room was prime - very close to many shops and eateries, and easy to get to. We also really enjoyed having an over-sized jacuzzi tub in our room, it was very relaxing and spacious. The living room and kitchen area were also really large and spacious, and provided more than enough features for our stay.

The mattress was not the most comfortable - it was very stiff, and made me miss my mattress at home. The couch was honestly more comfortable to sleep on.

Great location, friendly staff and quick easy check-in. Overall good value.

The sofa bed isn’t very comfy as you can feel the metal rods against your back (I know most sofa beds aren’t the comfiest anyway, but a mattress topper or something similar would be a nice inclusion). Also, not sure if it was just our room but we had no cups/glasses in the kitchen. They provide coffee in the rooms which is great, but not so good if you don’t have any cups to go with it.
