The pool was nice. It had a few extra toys to play with that other people had left. I really enjoyed that there were pool towels provided that didn’t have to be our bath towels. Walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store and restaurants.

Two things. I didn’t care for the smoking area to be outside/under our non smoking room. It was only bad while a group of people hung out there. The smell didn’t come inside except while we were going in or out. Also the website said there was a shuttle to Disney and there was NOT. The front desk said the company stopped going there the previous month. He didn’t offer any kind of alternative or even advice on what to do. It would have been lovely to not have had to pay for parking at the hotel and at the parks. He could have even suggested a company that we could have called or even said an Uber would be the way to go. Being from out of town, we didn’t know what the best option was. We’re not Disney regulars.

Location was ideal for Disney area of Orlando. Individual suites are nice to give more flexibility.

Carpets were beginning to show signs of wear. Cosmetic issue only as the suite felt clean.

I love the fact that the hotel was very clean and it had a little kitchen inside the room would save me a lot of money for ordering out for food..

I did not like the fact that the hotel charge you $15 per day for parking which is ridiculous I think parking should be free because I'm a guest the other issue that I had if you book your hotel through a third party the hotel does not provide you with the receipt of your stay and what you was charged which is another thing that I was very upset about and it's ridiculous every customer should have a receipt for what they being charged for...

The room was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms which was great for us as well, we really liked that. Location was great too, everything was in walking distance. Staff was friendly too upon checking in.

We wish we could have known there was no elevator when they put us on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient with a family of 4 and our luggage unfortunately. The TV wasnt working either for a bit on our 2nd day there but we went to the park for that day and when we came back that night it was fixed so it wasnt a real issue to US but I'm sure to others it could have been.

Friendly staff. I stopped in the get more coffee for the coffee maker and a worker got it for me while the front desk staff was helping another customer. Little things like that go a long way. We stay at sonesta every time we come to Orlando (about once a year) and we are more impressed every time!! I have told many friends about staying at sonesta. We will continue to stay there. We love it! And we love the new renovations:) Hallie Hesson

The hotel was clean. the room was spotless!!!! I was pleasantly surprised. I wiped everything down with a lysol wipe and their was not dust marks!!!!! The staff was professional and friendly. I had read a few reviews that had me worried but i honestly enjoyed my stay and i literally had NO PROBLEMS or issues. Checkin and check out was a breeze. Getting extra towels for the room was no hassle. The pool was fun, the "bonfire" was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely return.

I have NOOOOO complaints. My stay was perfect. The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean. The location was ideal. They were walking distance from many restaurants and pharmacies .

My teenagers loved having their own room/bathroom. I love staying in condo's where you have a full size kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Spacious as we stayed in a 2 bedroom condo/suite with 1 king in 1 bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom! Sonesta is right by all the Disney parks, right by Disney Springs and right by Winn Dixie and tons of restaurants and shopping. Great Location!

I could hear the people walking above us until around 1:30am when I finally fell asleep. It sounded as if they were stomping as they were walking (very heavy footed) and that's with me having a Lansko loud fan in my room to drown out sounds. I did speak with the front office the following morning and they were great and offered to move us to a different room, but we chose to stay where we were. Thankfully, we only heard it that one night. My teenagers like to workout and the workout facility is very tiny and not much to it. The hot tub wasn't working.

Room is big and with kitchen facilities.

No Elevator. If you have big luggage, better request ground floor when booking.

Wow!! It’s been a long time since I stayed at any property and was treated so well. Staff is hands down some of the best I’ve dealt with in the Orlando area. Each year we are passholders for 1 of the various park chains in the area, so we are in Orlando 10+ times a year, why we have never stayed here before was a mistake on our part. The suite (condo/apartment) was very well maintained and clean. The property itself is exceptionally well maintained as well. During our stay the exterior of the building was undergoing some renovations (including paint) -although it didn’t appear in need of any, it shows a commitment to insure the property remained exceptional. Even the crews working kept their areas clean and tidy, and made sure their staging areas were as well. The only thing I would say is if you have any sort of disability make sure you request ground floor, as there are no elevators. Other than that rest easy booking Sonesta ES!

Room was smelling a little oldish. Did not try breakfast. Location is very good.

Not having lift was a bit of a problem for us. We did nit realize while booking that there are no lifts in this property.
