Great service nice pool . Worth the price

Didn’t like the older rooms

The beds are small and the sofa bed was not comfortably

Good customer service, immediate attention, organization and cleanliness! Excellent breakfasts! I loved it!

What I didn't like was the early closing of the bar in the hotel and the high cost of parking per day!

I loved the location everything was close by check- in was smooth pool was great and loved the fact that towels were right there to use and as many as you needed. The staff very friendly and helpful . Loved the fact our was secured and easy to leave and enter property. We had the best time and will be coming back to stay again

Elevator was a little slow but the stairs were close by and easy to access so it made up for it

The hotel area is incredibly beautiful, clean pools, beautiful garden

The room was spacious and clean. We only used the large pool and it was great. The food at the outdoor pool bar was excellent. We highly recommend the turkey club! The mango colada the bartender made us was delicious! The bar staff was very friendly as well as all of the staff. Everyone was polite and very accommodating. Thank you!

The only thing I did not like was the fact that we could not regulate the AC in the room. Coming from NY and seeking some warmth the AC was too cold. Actually had to request to have it turned off by maintenance because we could not do it ourselves and then request them to come back when we wanted it back on. That being said the staff came within minutes and with no issue at all so all was great. Thank you!

i was very surprised that we had to pay for the parking, knowing that a lot of hotels in orlando are free. also, no microwave

I was celebrating my 66th birthday. All I wanted to do was relax with my family and hang around the pool for the weekend. We checked in late on Friday. We had an issue with our room. Since it was late and we were tired, we just went to bed and called about it in the morning. We talked to Isabella and she apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did she switch our room, she upgraded it. When she found out about our plans for my birthday, she gave us a cabana and breakfast. At breakfast, the staff sang happy birthday, which was a wonderful surprise, thank you Grace. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

After my issue was taken care of, I really didn't have any complaints.
