The room size was perfect for our family. The location was close to Disney Springs and other great attractions in the Orlando area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering travelling to Orlando.

I don't like paying for parking when I am already paying for a room. I believe that parking should be free when staying at any hotel. I also didn't like that the room was not serviced daily. This hotel does NOT service rooms daily. I am paying good money to stay in a hotel, I expect full service everyday.... fresh towels, bed made, room vacuumed, etc

Clean, pleasant and large suites

There were no available electrical outlets by the bed that my traveling companion could use to plug the oxygen equipment she needs to sleep. The outlet by the bed was covered by the headboard. Asked front desk for an extension cord, but they said they didn’t have one and didn’t try to get her one. She ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch that was so worn and uncomfortable that she ended up closing it and sleeping on the narrow couch.

Location was perfect. The transportation to the parks worked without any issues. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Pool was crystal clear and plenty of seats whether you like the sun or sit in the shade. Last but not least the bed was incredibly comfortable allowing a good night's sleep after strenuous days at the parks

Lighting in the rooms was poor and switches not in the best places

I liked the location, that it is so close to Disney Springs, to the outlets, and plenty of awesome places to eat, outlet stores, gas stations, and other fun little tourist spots. I liked the size of the room it was spacious, kitchenette was big for us to bring snacks and food from home. Free cookies were delicious!

I did not like the lighting in the rooms, so dim at night. The bed sheets looked old and used up. The carpets smelled like feet. Bed mattress was so soft that your body sinks in and it gets uncomfortable, I did not sleep well both nights. Decor could use some updating felt like my room was from 1992 not 2022.

Great hotel - large suite with a sofa and two beds. Great transportation to Disney parks and very reliable! Staff especially Jon on reception were very friendly and helpful. Plenty or parking and only around 20 minutes from the airport.

The suite was, frankly, huge for the price - quite, clean, and cofortable. We had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room with its own TV - which made our tween happy. The pool was very nice.

Wish there was a freezer in the mini fridge so we could keep our ice packs cold for Disney. I didn't like paying for parking [but we were prepared for that, and pricing was competitive to other hotels in Disney Springs]. I wish there were four chairs at the dining table instead of 3, that was challenging. And I wish their breakfast was more reasonably priced. $50/day was more than we were willing to pay so we ate granola bars while waiting for the shuttle!

Great location with free shuttles to/from Disney World parks. The shuttle service was great. It was on time, comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and helpful (we had a big stroller). Hotel rooms were really nice and the beds very comfortable. Our two rooms were located very close to one another as requested. Daily free water bottles and cookies were much appreciated!

Would be nice if the breakfast were included in the price.

The Disney ticket service consultant wasn’t really there, so we had to go to the Bigger Hilton hotel nearby. The shuttle bus to the Disney parks roster especially to the Magic Kingdom Should run longer at least to be able to see the fireworks.

Everything from our room to how amazing the staff was ! one person does stand out and requires a special mention Louree who is the Banquet Manager is the life & soul of this hotel she made each morning extra special with her customer centricity and wonderful conversations
