Breakfast ends way way too early… 9:30 forces everyone to rush and messes up our day and schedule.. MANAGEMENT: CHANGE IT ASAP!!! 11am AT LEAST

I've been staying here for years. I always have a great experience. If there are ever any problems they are resolved quickly. My family and I really enjoy the pool. Breakfast is pretty good too. I variety to chose from. We never used the transportation but they do offer it to all the Disney parks. Hotel is super close to everything.

Parking fee. It used to be free. Now it's 20..00 per day.

Room comfortable, breakfast good close to restaurants and as a bonus we got to see a rocket launch!

Windows were dirty, bus to Disney late and took ages my advice forget about that and get a Lyft only $13 and gets you there fast and before the crowds.

Effective staff. Quick check in and out. Never a long wait by the front desk. Breakfast crowded but the staff was on hand to replenish everything quickly and help out the guests. The maid service was polite and unobtrusive.

The breakfast room had two buffet tables but only one was used most days. If both were used the flow would have been much better. Very east to do with good benefits for the guests. The property is a bit dated in decor but still very well kept. Maybe a fresh coat of paint and replacing some of the trims will brighten it up before the next major renovation.

Good location to access Disney and other theme parks in Orlando. Superb value for money even over New Years it was very reasonable. Breakfast was really good - just needed to get there earlier in morning if you want to beat the crowds. Was fun to pool and hot tub hop as there are three hotels on the property that you can use all the amenities of. Easy access to lots of restaurant chains like Applebee’s (could walk if so inclined).

A bit outdated and room wasn’t too big especially with the fold out bed down but that is reflected in the very reasonable price.

We loved the cleanliness, the size of our room was great (the main reason we booked this hotel was for their sofa bad at the room). The room had a small fridge, a microwave and a cabinet with sink. We traveled with family (a total of 17 people) and we all loved it. They serve a good complimentary breakfast. It is very near Disney parks.

The night we arrived there was a scheduled plumbing maintenance and for us to be able to take at bath we were put on the next door hotel. That hotel has smaller rooms so we slept uncomfortable. Front desk was very kind and put us back at the hotel the next morning.

Good price for visiting Disney world. The personnel was nice and breakfast was included, not very varied but it is always good to be able to have something in the morning. They have some transfers to Disney and also a swimming pool (we couldn't use it). There are some restaurants around and they also have a small shop. The room was big with a small kitchen. Not very new or modern but it was what we expected.

The air conditioner can't be changed from the room so the first night we were freezing until we knew what to do. Not very good as you have to go to the lobby if you want to change it. Also I added my marriot number on check-in and never got my points. I tried to contact them per booking but didn't get any answer

It was a really nice hotel and a great price. Not too far from all the disney parks. The free breakfast in the morning helped a lot, and they had many options. Definitely go as early as possible. Tons of people after 7:30, and they run out of food. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room comes with a small fridge and microwave. Overall the room was the perfect size for my family.

We only used the shuttle to disney once because reservations filled up fast. Also, the one we took wasn't on time, so the one we got on was super packed. Honestly, we preferred to just uber there. I wasn't a fan of the people at the other desk trying to get us to sign up for some seminar or something at another hotel. I felt like every time we went to the lobby, someone was trying to get us to sign up for it. We didn't have any time for it. We scheduled our whole week around going to the parks.

We were a group of five and stayed here for three nights. Nice staff. Good breakfast (I recommend arriving early, otherwise it's a littler tricky to get a table) Transport to Epcot available for free (third party, reservation needed) Overall good value for your money if your plan is to visit the parks.

The room was kind of tight for five people, impossible to walk across it with the sofa bed open. Beds are not very big/or comfortable either. Room, sheets and towels were clean, but the sofa bed mattress was in very bad shape/did not look clean.
