Previously we have stayed at 3 different hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd and this 4th hotel was by far the best. We paid $580 including the parking charges for a king size room for 3 nights from the 4/3/2025 and it was worth every penny compared to our previous stays. The room size, shower and cleanliness of the room was impressive. The hotel facilities were excellent although we didn’t use the on site Spa. The hotel staff couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay a great experience, but the main recommendation I could give is my wife confirmed she would definitely stay there again and that in itself is high praise.

the spa and massage was great. got a free enhancement from a Disney springs discount booklet. The room was spacious and comfy and the kids loved the glass elevator. The walk to and from Disney springs was short and it was great having easy access getting there and back.

we were supposed to get a free breakfast but it wasn't available for some reason. The shampoo and conditioner scent wasn't my favorite but the citrus aromatherapy during my massage was lovely.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Good wardrobe space. Restaurant servers, front desk and really all the staff super super helpful and friendly. Absolutely great amazing location!!!!

Breakfast is not worth the price, food quality and diversity could improve a lot. It is annoying how they only have one elevator for the left wing rooms. From where it was located, room was so so so far away. Also, missed a couple of amenities (like face/hand towel hanger, a wider range of towels and bathroom mat could be available, more soaps by the sink).

I like that they had a Starbucks and that they had clean rooms.

I think some of the employees are a little bit rude. The lady in the gift store said hello to me in a rude way and I felt like she would not stop looking at me, so awkward. The people in the American Kitchen restaurant were a little aloof and we had to flag them down to get coffees but they were quick to give us the bill.

I was charged more than the amount of the base room charge, tax rate of 12.5% and the resort fee. Your quoted amount $922.50 I was charged $1234. total which include two $50.00 charges for restaurant bills. So I was overcharged $211. I contacted the resort they couldn't full explain your charges and theirs. Not happy with the charges at all.

I love the location. The rooms' cleanliness was very good, and the restaurant's food quality was very good as well. The valet service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very professional.

My only issue is that I forgot my Ray-Ban sunglasses in the room. I am sure that I left them there, specifically on the bed. I called the front desk to check with housekeeping, but they said they had not found them.

Breakfast at American Kitchen was delicious. Meal vouchers were included with our stay and it made the cost very reasonable.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, but I know that’s a matter of preference.

Great location and room was clean

My only complaint was the staff the reception up front was so rude did not feel welcoming at all felt like you were bothering them when you went up to them for everything.

I love everything about this property. This was our second stay and I will book again. The location to Disney Springs is PERFECT!!! You can walk if you choose too to Disney Springs if you choose to.

The beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! They are tooo hard and sit up too high. They should be replaced and lowered a little.

Great staff, clean and thee gave me a birthday treat! Love it!

The restaurant options are limited. Breakfast extremely limited. We had to eat outside or order Uber eats. The small cafe had limited options and was extremely expensive…
