I liked that everything in this hotel was to make your stay confortable . Good breakfast ( included )with a lot of choices good coffee , tea ..( free ) available 24h for the guests towels at the pool room with VERY confortable beds , microwaves and fridge where very useful when we would come back late from the Disney parks many stores and restaurants around so it was easy with no car Excellent customer service , front desk agents were very helpful for exemple our microwaves broke and they replaced it with a new one right away Shanna help me with the SIM card I bought for my cell. it was so nice of her :)

The shuttle bus hours for the parks was not convenient, the departures where too late . I ended up taking uber every morning because I didn't want to arrive at the park at 10h30. But I told them and they changed the company , with a different schedule , so now it's much better :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants and shopping areas, which made exploring the city very convenient.

there were a few things that could be improved. The TV in the room was very small, making it difficult to enjoy watching anything. The pool was located outside the main hotel area and was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Another issue was the transportation to the parks—the buses were always full, and the trips took longer than expected.

The breakfast is very extensive with hot and cold options. Make your own Mikey Mouse pancakes, Greek yogurt, oat milk, chocolate milk, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, cream cheese, juices, eggs, sausages, etc. Something for everyone. Only issue mentioned below. Good location and complimentary shuttle to Epcot. Bed was comfortable. Extra sink in the bedroom in addition to the separate bathroom.

We were first given a room where the lock and handle didn't open and close easily and the refrigerator hummed loudly. The front desk wanted to send up a mechanic and I said no, we wanted to change rooms. And we did. I noticed the next day that someone else had been assigned that room and they were struggling with getting the door to close and lock. My sympathies went out to the man and his family. They should not have that annoyance on their vacation. On the second morning the breakfast service ran out of scrambled eggs at least 20 minutes before the end of breakfast. That did not sit well with my husband.

Complimentary shuttle service to Disney Parks is available (for leisure time!) Restaurants and affordable shops are located just outside the hotel. The bed and bathroom are clean. The hotel is near the Marriott Orlando Center (for work/business time).

We stayed for 8 days and had the same breakfast. I suggest offering a different variety of food at least every other day. There was no alcohol or sanitizer available in the toilet.

Greetings! I am writing to you to inform you of all the setbacks that my family and I had while staying at your hotel. I begin by telling you that we were 4 guests and they only gave us 2 towels. I had to go to the lobby after an exhausting day to look for the 2 that were missing, this happened during my entire stay. We had 2 days without soap and they never refilled the coffee or cream. In the photos I am sending you can see how there is old urine accumulated that they have never cleaned. They never wiped or broomed the dirt in the bathroom. The bathroom is humid and when we finished showering, drops from the ceiling fell on our skin. We found short hairs in the bathtub. They should be more hygienic. Thank you!

The staff upon entry was friendly and checked us in quickly without any problems. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. It is located in an area that has restaurants, stores, and gas in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, as well as a comfortable bed.

I was not very pleased with the parking. Although it is free parking (which is always a plus), the spots near the building were limited. We had to park behind the shopping complex next to the hotel. Although it was well lit, I just felt a bit uneasy with my car being parked in that location. Needless to say, nothing happened to our vehicle so my worries may not mean anything to others, but I didn't like it.

Good location comfy a lot of stuff around it....staff pretty nice. Decent breakfast and free which was nice. Addition Wawa right there which is great 24 hrs. Super cold beer Walgreens 24 hr great as well... I wasn't quite sure at first but it was all good and I had a nice stay hotel mgr was cool and took care of me.

It didn't look like the picture, on booking no bar cocktails on premises, but I would go again and stay there

I USUALLY TRAVEL WITH MY FAMILY TO DISNEY PARKS,IF YOU KNOW YOU NEVER SPEND MUCH TIME AT THE HOTEL ROOM SO THIS IS THE PERFECT STAY : CLEAN CHEAP AND CLOSE TO THE PARKS. STAFF WAS AMAZING,FRIENDLY ALL THE TIME. BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE OPTIONS (COFFE 24/7 AT THE LOBBY ) FREE PARKING THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A LITTLE PLAZA WITH MULTIPLE REST,GAS STATION AND STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DRIVE TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AT NIGHT TIME LIKE PIZZA HUT,KFC INDIAN FOOD, AND MEXICAN FOOD. I WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THEY CLEANING THE ROOM EVERY DAY.10/10 I TRAVEL W MY 3 BABYS AND HUSBAND.

The breakfast was served from 6h30AM to 9AM, and every day about 8h30Am to 8h50, the place got so so croweded with lones and guests trying to get the food they still could find, as thei stopped replacing what had endede at 8h30 and at 9 sharp they stopped serving and even started taking away a litlle bafore 9AM I REALLY think they should serve breakfast until 10AM... The room had an ols carpet that smelled basly, and the mini fridge is too little... if you could take the old carpet off and buy refrigerators the room will be real nice as it shpuld.... 🔝

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was nice. There is a dolar tree store at 100 yards from the hotel, in case you need anything.

I didn't receive complimentary water at my check-in. The staff is generally polite, but as I got to my room, I noticed the TV wasn't working, so I called the front desk. The lady was rude and repeatedly told me that she apologized, but it was due to the storm. After I insisted, she sent a maintenance guy, and he verified that the TV wasn't really working and replaced it. Other than that, it was fine.
