Breakfast was nice. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Staff was super nice.

There was a musty almost urine smell on the 5th floor hallway and our room had a damp musty smell. It wass like the filter needed to be changed in the air conditioning unit. Also air-conditioning unit would not work correctly it was always too cold even when I had it set for 76 or 77 degrees.

I liked that everything in this hotel was to make your stay confortable . Good breakfast ( included )with a lot of choices good coffee , tea ..( free ) available 24h for the guests towels at the pool room with VERY confortable beds , microwaves and fridge where very useful when we would come back late from the Disney parks many stores and restaurants around so it was easy with no car Excellent customer service , front desk agents were very helpful for exemple our microwaves broke and they replaced it with a new one right away Shanna help me with the SIM card I bought for my cell. it was so nice of her :)

The shuttle bus hours for the parks was not convenient, the departures where too late . I ended up taking uber every morning because I didn't want to arrive at the park at 10h30. But I told them and they changed the company , with a different schedule , so now it's much better :)

The property was beautiful and clean!!!

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the staff, particularly at the reception. On the last day, we inquired about the pool's status since we were informed the day before that it would be open on Monday after maintenance. My cousin tried to explain the situation, but the receptionist seemed frustrated, possibly due to my cousin's limited English proficiency. We didn't intend to create any problems and accepted that the pool remained closed. When it was time to check out, I handed over my keys and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. Unfortunately, the receptionist responded quite curtly, which caught me off guard. Overall, I appreciated my stay, but I believe some improvements in customer service could enhance the experience for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants and shopping areas, which made exploring the city very convenient.

there were a few things that could be improved. The TV in the room was very small, making it difficult to enjoy watching anything. The pool was located outside the main hotel area and was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Another issue was the transportation to the parks—the buses were always full, and the trips took longer than expected.

The breakfast at the hotel was quite good. There was a nice selection of both hot and cold items, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was well-prepared, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant way to start the day, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The only minor issue was that there were relatively few tables available during breakfast, so it could feel a bit limited at busy times. That said, we were always able to find a spot without much trouble, so it didn't end up being a real inconvenience. The mattress was a bit too soft for my comfort and the air conditioner had a funny smell, maybe filters needed to be cleaned up.

Everything was clean and accessible. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room had everything we needed, fridge, microwave and good Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. Although the hotel was in the center of a popular area there was no noise in the room. The breakfast was well stocked, good and hot. The Mickey Mouse Waffles were a big hit! There are multiple restaurants and fast food outlets for every taste, within a short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a reliable shuttle bus to Disney that services the Marriott hotels in the area. There is a Dollar Tree very close also and as it was one of our family members birthday we were able to purchase inexpensive balloons and items for our small party. This is also a good place to buy items for kids without breaking the bank! We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Pool was a disappointing and the beds were a little high, about 38 inches from the floor to the top of the mattress. This made it a little difficult for me ( a small woman) to get in and out of bed.

The staff was all very kind. Breakfast was great - including eggs and mickey waffles and coffee, cereal, bagels, etc. The breakfast room was busy but clean. You could see that the folks at the front desk really cared about their guests they had someone arrive early that morning with status and was sure to offer them late check out the next afternoon. I booked originally because of the shuttle but rented a car last minute cheap. It was 20 mins drive from the airport and about 20 mins drive to the Contemporary Resort at Disney. The hotel rooms looked nice and were recent renovated. The room has a small fridge and microwave, TV desk, sink outside bathroom, closet, etc. The room was clean and the water pressure was great. For less than $100 a night it worked.

The beds in our room 304 had seen better days... pretty mushy. Combined with the humidity in the air (Florida am I right?) coming from Texas... I had trouble sleeping. The shower wall in our bathroom wasn't replaced while the whole bathroom around it had been upgraded

The staff was wonderful. Veronica was very helpful when I called ahead of time, as well as the other lady up front when I checked in. The breakfast was ample with good choices and variety, and the people serving were very nice. The location was great and the price was decent. We had 2 rooms, one had carpet, room 417 but the other room 412 had vinyl flooring, which was better in my opinion. It was clean but overall the hotel can use a little facelift, like in the bathroom.

The parking space was limited especially if you leave for dinner and return in the evening. As a Marriott rewards member, which is a free loyalty program, parking was FREE, which is great because all other hotels around charge for parking, so this was one of the reasons I choose to book here. Otherwise parking is $9.95 per night, which is still significantly less than other hotels. But finding a spot and knowing where it was ok to park was difficult.

The breakfast is very extensive with hot and cold options. Make your own Mikey Mouse pancakes, Greek yogurt, oat milk, chocolate milk, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, cream cheese, juices, eggs, sausages, etc. Something for everyone. Only issue mentioned below. Good location and complimentary shuttle to Epcot. Bed was comfortable. Extra sink in the bedroom in addition to the separate bathroom.

We were first given a room where the lock and handle didn't open and close easily and the refrigerator hummed loudly. The front desk wanted to send up a mechanic and I said no, we wanted to change rooms. And we did. I noticed the next day that someone else had been assigned that room and they were struggling with getting the door to close and lock. My sympathies went out to the man and his family. They should not have that annoyance on their vacation. On the second morning the breakfast service ran out of scrambled eggs at least 20 minutes before the end of breakfast. That did not sit well with my husband.

Complimentary shuttle service to Disney Parks is available (for leisure time!) Restaurants and affordable shops are located just outside the hotel. The bed and bathroom are clean. The hotel is near the Marriott Orlando Center (for work/business time).

We stayed for 8 days and had the same breakfast. I suggest offering a different variety of food at least every other day. There was no alcohol or sanitizer available in the toilet.
