The location was perfect. The pool areas were very well kept. Very clean walkways. Front desk staff were helpful. Especially Terri who helped me switching rooms due to multiple malfunctions in original room. Regardless, I would return to the resort.

Unfortunately had to switch midway through my stay due to air conditioning vent in the ceiling leaking water and the entire apartment was musty and the floor had water damage. Just an FYI, the staff did not respect the "Do not disturb" tag on the door. It would be nice if the on site store had more to choose from.

We LOVED our time at Blue Tree resort. We stayed without a car and no problem either taking the shuttle or Uber’s (which were cheaper than parking daily) 100% will be back again

To be pedantic: one afternoon/early evening one group had two HUGE speakers blaring music at the pool. It would’ve been nice if they were told to stop. Otherwise it was perfect.

The location was perfect for my needs. It was very clean and quiet. Parking was never a problem. One thing that stuck out was how neat and organized the kitchen was. For the past four years, I have driven my daughter from PA to Florida for a volleyball tournament. This was my last year to make this trip. Lake Buena Vista was by far the best place we have stayed. The staff at the office desk was always very friendly and helpful.

This place really was perfect for our family. If I had to pick one thing that could be improved, the locking mechanism on the main entrance door seemed a little worn out...although, it never posed a problem.

Amazing value for money! If you’re looking to stay near the Disney parks on a budget, this is the perfect hotel. We chose this place because the rooms have a full kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed. There are four pools onsite, all lovely and clean, and the rooms were spotless as well. The staff were fantastic—when we arrived, our dishwasher was broken, but maintenance was sent immediately to fix it. Even when the new part didn’t work, they arranged for a new dishwasher the same day. Great service all around!

The only downside to the property was that our room felt a bit dated. I’ve heard they have newer, modern rooms so I’d probably request one of those next time. There was also a damp smell in the room that unfortunately transferred to our clothes, so we’ve had to wash everything since returning home. That being said, despite these issues, we wouldn’t rule out staying here again due to the great value and overall positive experience.

My parents are owners and I have been coming to blue tree for 32 years now! so this is the place that I’m used to which is in the perfect spot across from Disney, has everything I’d want and need and I just feel comfortable here.

This area is becoming very congested! I love blue tree, but I do not love the fact of not coming back at night and having a place to park close to my room! I don’t know if there’s just not enough parks for each room to have one spot or there are numerous vehicles coming to park for one room which takes up other spots. Whatever the case, it is getting out of hand, especially spring break time!

For the value, the place is great. Clean, convenient, close to all facilities. You will need a car to get around and there's lots of parking. There are lots of activities for the kids to do if you want to stay within the resort. There are ongoing renovations and maintenance when we were there, so we know next time it will be better. The swimming pool was clean and warm. One pool has a hot tub and the other one has the kiddy pool. The room was amazingly big. Has a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. 2 patios that's fully screened so the bugs doesn't come in. We had a late night dinner outside in the patio and was amazed with how quiet and peaceful it was. All in all the place met our expectations.

Nothing!!

Room was large, lots of amenities in the room Washer and dryer was nice. Needed a first floor unit and staff was able to accommodate us. Property well maintained. Pools were great. Mini golf course well maintained. Lots of activities for children. Location is great. Close to Disney Springs 10 min drive. Walking distance to a WAWA, dollar store, and Steak and Shake. 15 min to Sea World, Disney etc.

Room had a musty smell. Did not see any mildew but it looked like the room had a fresh coat of paint to hide it. Floors were dirty. Not mopped. Room had a vacuum and broom, dust pan but no mop to wash tile floors. 1 pillow case had stains and mold on it. Makes you think they did not change sheets. Thank God for private Washer and dryer.

I liked the size of the rooms. Spacious living/dining room with open kitchen. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Location was good with lots of shopping and dining option as well as close to the interstate. Also convenient was a 24 hour front office for late night check-ins.

Didn’t like that there was no elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floor units. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The building look well kept on the outside but the carpet in our apartment was very dirty and stained. It needs to be replaced or a least a good cleaning. We also didn’t like the early 10am check out time and the threat of staying even one minute past that time could cost you $100 a minute!

I had minimal contact with the staff, but they were appropriately friendly. The room was clean. The location is very good for Walt Disney World parks.

We didn't stay for our whole reservation due to family illness. There are too many speed bumps--and they are all too tall--and where the majority are located, you cannot maneuver your vehicle so that both of your front wheels or both of your back wheels go over the speed bumps at the same time, so almost every speedbump equates to four rocking/jarring bumps (even at very low speed). Speed bumps are great, but they should be better placed and not as tall (and perhaps, not as many).

Convenient and clean

The tiles on floor was broken. The hot tub did not work. The water didn't stay hot for more than 5 mins. And the room smelt bit musty. I think they put us in rooms that were older since we used booking.com. it wasn't bad it just wasn't the great experience we had previously.
