Everything was nice. Good facilities and full kitchen.

The parking is expensive, adding $28 a day to the price.

Hotel was clean, room was very clean and well equipped with micro, fridge, few dishes, dish clothe, washing up liquid and paper towels. Bathroom shower pressure n toilet pressure were really good. Lots of shelves to put makeup n toiletries on, and lots of hanging racks and hook for towels. Overall it was a Perfect stay. AC was top notch n loved the blackout curtains. It was a very full hotel but no noise at all could be heard from outside or other rooms or hallways. TV was good so I could easily connect my own Netflix to it.

Only downfall for me was that the halls and lift didn’t have AC. And no vegetarian food in the breakfast. They could do with adding things like mushroom, tomatoes and beans to their hot good.

Great location for visiting Disney Parks with good access to essential shopping close by. Hotel staff very helpful with great service throughout. Good breakfast to set you up for the day.

All hotels in this area charge parking on daily basis I would prefer this to be included in pricing instead of having to budget for the extra cost.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after long days exploring the city. My only concern was that my room was cleaned just once for the 8 nights we stayed this was after i called reception to request. Breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented My Son loved the Mickey mouse waffles. There was a great variety to choose from.

The front desk that checked us in didnt give us water. When i inquired especially since i saw them giving others, i was told, water was for Marriot members only.

It’s a lovely place with a great pool in a great location.

The breakfast isn’t great and the lift was broken the whole of the 10 days we were there which meant you had to queue every morning for the remaining one.

I love love this hotel.The staff was great especially France i think her name was. After a 17 hr delay she made sure our room was ready when we got there.. the room is a plus u can cook and there is also utensils provided by the hotel. The hotel is near to Disney spring and also not far from icon park... i love the pool . The breakfast was good but i wish they would change the menu sometimes .. i had a great drink at the bar also.. i love the big shower in the bathroom.. i will certainly go back

Beautiful area, easy to get parking spot, nice and pretty well equipped gym that is open 24h, cute outdoor pool, the place is clean and comfortable, lovely to have a kitchen corner, and that it is possible to pick up and bring your breakfast to the room. The king size bed is super-comfy!

The bed covering should not be 3 separate layers, but one cover to be pulled over the duvet, the same way the pillow case goes over the pillow. The breakfast had no vegetables (!!), and very scarce choise of fresh fruit. Only one small basket of fresh fruit. No whole grain bread alternatives. Parking costs should be much lower for guests, there are a lot of other hotels in orlando with free parking.

Everything except the dining arrangements and food.

The breakfast was like walking into a high school cafeteria, noisy, chaotic and the food was lukewarm warm and tasteless.

We wanted to extend our stay with one night. The hotel was enormously difficult to communicate. The did not reply to messages or replied too late.

The customer service rep Jaun at the front desk he was excellent! He gave me more information that I didn't know about my check in but everything went smoothly thank you. Also Mrs. Francs she was very professional my first room I had had a bad smell in it she sent for the housekeeping they came up and checked the room and they were also professional and courteous and they changed my room with no problem because of the bad smell. Thank you Mrs.Francis and housekeeping staff.
