Maria was awesome, the entire staff was awesome except for the breakfast crew

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am on Saturday and we sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting and nothing so we went back to our rooms, showered then went down again On Sunday we went down nearly 9am no plates. The bed squeaked so bad and was so uncomfortable, to drive 12 hours to and from for this mini vacation and to sleep in an uncomfortable squeaky bed, boy. I'm 50 years old my body is so achy due to lack of sleep.

The room was so spacious and Mrs. Vera at the front desk was so pleasant! We were really impressed with the apartment-feel of our room, as we were staying for an entire week for Disney. The location was perfect, close to the parks, but not so close that you felt like you were at the resorts. Plenty of food options nearby. Our kids loved the breakfast each morning. The house-keeping was super helpful when we needed extra bedding, and was very responsive and fast. Would love to stay here again on future trips!

Some of the furniture was a bit outdated, but we don't care much about things like that, so it was fine overall.

The staff were very diligent, friendly and accommodating. It was a very clean hotel and we had a hot breakfast that varied each day. Our kitchenette was nice to have and we had 4 meals there.

The stove top burners only heated up to medium heat, so it took longer to cook things. If you turned it up to high it didn't work at all. It would have been nice to have an oven to bake frozen pizza in, i.e. Also, we were disappointed that we weren't allowed to bring breakfast items upstairs, in case one of us wanted to sleep in.

The location.

The room was not as big as I hoped. I asked for a crib for a 1 year old which wasn't in room when we arrived. We did get the crib the next day. The only way I could describe the breakfast was terrible. We have stayed at this hotel many times but I don't think we will be staying again. The sofa bed was damaged and very uncomfortable.

Good location with easy access to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Multiple restaurants within a short drive. All accommodations are suites with separate bedroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and 2 burner stove top. Free breakfast with excellent coffee provided. There is a hot tub in addition to the swimming pool. Parking is free.

Bathroom could use some refurbishing. Limited breakfast items available.

I was very impressed with the room size. This room seemed perfect for a family because even the couch turned into a bed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. The food seemed over cooked and not hot. It also seemed very microwavable. The variety was also limited and the soda machine was out of order limited drink options.

Good location, showers is very dated and uncomfortable, but overall good for the money

There is much of a breakfast , bagel , egg,bacon, cereal and apple . Stuff is not very friendly and seems to prefer talk among themselves.

Maria at the frontdesk made sure everything was set for my late checkin. We were allowed to leave some of our luggage for a week for a small fee when we went for a cruise

Everything Maria set up for our late arrival was was blown into pieces by the late night receptionist Felipe who told me that I had to wait 2 hours because he could not find my reservation.

Good hotel at a good location. Rooms were OK, sufficient space and comfort for 2 nights stay.

Friendliness at the breakfast room entrance can be improved. It's not really polite if you ask us "Name?!" and "Room number?!" like you are a prisoner.

The suite was big and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable but the rest of the furniture needs to be replaced. Even if breakfast was quite poor like everywhere in USA, at least they had real plates and cutlery (not plastic).

The sofa in the room must have been really old and used. Also with the carpet on the floor it’s hard to say if it’s clean or not. We were there during the storm and we’re forced to stay in a room more than planned but there was some kind of renovation done above us which made it impossible to be in a room. The level of noise was unbearable and the staff was not really able to do anything about it.
