I loved the size of the room, the quietness and that I was able to leave my pets in the room when going out. The room also had a refrigerator and stovetop, along with a few continental breakfast items in the lobby each morning. We were also able to extend our stay. Definitely will be staying there again in the future, when a room is needed.

The included breakfast could use more food items. I'm only guessing with the rooms having kitchens, they just need to provide minimum food and snacks.

Room was very clean and well stocked bathroom with plenty towels, room size was perfect. Nice pool area and food area. Close to attractions and had good food choices near by

It was grab and go breakfast only coffee and a few muffins nothing else. Would be nice to have some fruit like apples and oranges and bananas, also some yogurts, cereal bars or pop tarts, danishes and bagels.

Very spacious rooms. The kitchen and seating area were very ideal for a longer stay. Overall a very comfortable and convenient stay.

The breakfast is terrible. The grab and go option needs to be fazed out, its not Covid anymore. Also even with the grab and go option there was virtually nothing there other than coffee. Nothing was stocked (or restocked) it seems. Basically the equivalent of not having a breakfast option at all.

Everything in this hotel was great started from arriving staff were awesome the place was clean excellent parking my room was awesome clean and just wright for myself ten min to parks ten min to walmart restaurants were near by everything was easy to get too.

The hotel is in need of major renovations but for the price was a good value. The pictures shown of the facility are misleading. Everything looks very nice and new but the place and room look very different and old.

Room was spacious, comfy, well-lit and perfect for our weekend trip. The kitchen and full-sized fridge was very convenient along with the option to request additional cooking appliances and toiletries. The location is also great and close to attractions.

The grab-and-go breakfast was lackluster, but still generous considering we have the ability to cook in our rooms.

Room was nice, didn't do breakfast, location was great for what we were doing. We will come back. The only dislike for the room was the bathroom set up, the toilet and tub were closed off, was nice, but very small and unable to get completely dried off after shower. Alot of closet space. Sofa bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and clean.

The refrigerator was not working. The freezer didn't freeze, it was the coldest so we kept most of the food in it. We did have an ice chest so we kept drinks in it so they didn't take up all the room in the freezer. We did let the front desk know. No one to look into it until Monday, I do have a suggestion, don't turn it off, between guest, it takes a longer time for it to cool. Only other thing was the hot tub was broken, Also wish there was more umbrellas for the pool along with more tables,

The room was clean, and offered many options with a dinette and kitchen. The staff was very nice to us anytime we encountered them. The location to the parks is great, traffic is tough but worth it. Our room was big enough for 2 people to enjoy with enough privacy when needed. It was quiet as well, we heard no disturbances. All in all it is a great value for your money on a short weekend trip.

No ice machines other then the bottom floor.

The breakfast is more of a grab and go with very little choices,but we are super close to plenty of places to get fast food so really it wasn't a problem for us at all

The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the wife and kids enjoyed the hotel pool. No problems with the AC or television either. The hotel location was great to get to Disney Springs and had plenty of restaurants and supermarket a couple blocks away. I did not use the hotel wifi, but I had great enough cell service (Boost) at the hotel room that was able to connect up my laptop and do online work throughout my stay,

Our freezer had an issue that it was not cold enough to keep ice cream solid (The hotel did switch out the refrigerator when we let them know the problem). The hotel's only ice machine broke down for about three days during the trip. More items could have been offered with complimentary breakfast (just coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, and breakfast fruit bars).
