The people are friendly, very easy to get to, quick check in and check out, was able to park right in front of my room, very convenient, room was clean, towels were soft LOL power was hot, bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, all around very good.

The breakfast was subpar at best as far as the offerings, but it also ran out before 8:30 when it was supposed to go through 9:00 a.m., there were no eggs, there was one sausage, very poor selection, to be honest. The lady in the area said they were making more, but I did not have time to wait for them to make more. So I went elsewhere.

Americas best is always great. my problem was booking.com and this is the second time when i went to booking.com and ther prices and vacancy’s wer all over the place. and i didnt want to stay anywhere else. but booking had the prices like 8 times higher then they wer even said sold out. i called america’s best and they told me they had plenty of rooms and come on over i did and my stay ther was great as always. but because booking was messed up ther computer system or something did i even get my points for my stay? i doubt it how could i as i just went through the hotel cas i couldn’t use booking. so maybe i got no points and i was supposed to get a credit that i had unlocked also wich i doubt i got that either cas as i said i couldn’t use booking. i don’t no how this happens at americas best on booking as the other hotels seemed fine. i hope booking gets ther system working for americas best

Wow this hotel blew my expectations out of the water. The price= amazing. The beds were comfortable (more on the firm side but decent) and the room was quiet and clean. The location is right near I-15 and several restaurants and shopping yet the room remained a peaceful quiet place. We didn't need to pay extra and got breakfast included in our stay which was actually great. There was hot egg and sausage patties along with cereals, toast, and bagels. The hotel and area felt very safe. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The blackout curtains could have blocked out a little more light. I appreciated having the exterior lit up for safety but our window was just under one of the outside lights. Not a deal breaker by any means.

well i was in the customer service industry for a couple decades and these guys do it right. now i have been staying here about once a month for a couple years or so so they know me but they wer rely kind since day one. i had a trip wer i broke my leg somewhere and didn’t want to go to the ER right then so i went to the hotel hobbled in to front desk and i just let them no if they can get me ice to my room ‘for the injury’ that i am redy to check in. He was super good and helped me and on my return from the ER the next morning they wer concerned asked how i was ther rely great humans.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I thank the manager for accommodating our ADA request. Booking.com erroneously cancelled our reservation 2 days before our arrival and I was very upset. I explained the situation to the manager and he said that he’ll do everything to help us. When I checked in, we got an ADA room right in front of the handicapped parking lot. We will be staying there always from now on. The breakfast was perfect. Exactly what we needed. I THANK YOU ALL!

For the price, it is what I expected and just slightly more. The room I stayed in was renovated and had new tiling in the bathroom and granite counters at the sink. The pool and hot tub worked, though I would call it a warm tub. The beds and pillows were comfortable and all of the appliances worked. There is a continental breakfast, though fairly low grade with egg and sausage patties, sugar cereals and milk, some fruit, various breads to toast, etc (only open 7-9am). The motel is right off I-15, so it is convenient if going to Zion or other places. In the same large parking lot as the motel are many restaurants and stores such as Chipotle, a ramen place, a Pho place, another taco place, Coldstone ice cream, the Chuck-O-Rama buffet, sushi place, sporting goods, furniture store, and across the stress are many more options. For all that was going on outside, my room seemed pretty quiet inside. The wifi worked perfectly; never a gap and I worked from my room for many hours.

The shower water was lukewarm, so my desires for a hot bath were not fulfilled. The hot tub was also not hot, only warm, but the bubbles/jets worked. Overall the place was very clean, but I did see a mouse run right through the lobby while I was having breakfast; it crawled up into the front desk counter/kiosk.

When i got the the property , I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the room , there were no harsh smells or any sort, the bed was neat , AC unit was old but did its job ! restroom was super clean . Where the property was located was amazing my fiancé was a big fan of it , middle of all the shops in St. George ! I would definitely book again , price was phenomenal !

I noticed on the wall there was what appeared to be soda , but i honestly did not mind it, the toilet in the room i stayed in kept making weird noises throughout the night, but

Pool and hot tub were very nice, the breakfast was simple but good. One of the beds was comfortable, the other bed was a little hard. The room was clean but had drawings on the wall and bathroom door. The staff were very nice and helpful! Other guests were respectful and quiet.

It’s right off the freeway and it’s super clean many units have new air conditioners and more in them like ther remodeling. I actually broke my leg the day I was to check in and the manager I believe he was the manager bright ice to me because I couldn’t walk that far on crutches or carry the ice.

Just I think if u book on booking.com my day e yea stay would’ve been less $ cas just saying I needed to stay another night after all that I went Through so I just called and asked for one more night and it was higher then I ever paid. I believe if I would’ve checked out then went on booking.com and got the same thing it would’ve maybe been 20$ cheaper as I’ve never paid that high staying Ther especially on a Wednesday night. My other two nights wer a bit higher then usual also and I found places for less but they don’t hold up to this hotel. So it’s worth the maybe ten extra dollars a nite. The parking is amazing usually I parked right in front of my room and with a newly broken leg that was extremely helpful.

It was all very good for the host, just one problem, at 10am, the cleaning person knocked on the door and opened it screaming cleanliness! And we were asleep, waking up with a big fright. The departure time was 11am, and she was entering the room at 10am. Other than that situation, everything was very good
