The property is convenient to I-95. It has been recently renovated; some areas are still being done. The rooms are freshly appointed and hard clean floors throughout — a big plus. Breakfast is back and the staff was very pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable even though the tin surround encompassing the bed base makes quite an alarming boom when you stand, sit or turn. Another note to management. The pictures are new and beautiful; just remove the cardboard packing corners and you’ll be good to go.

Location. Staff was very nice. Rooms are very nice and up to date.

The bed frame is annoying. It’s some type of metal frame and it makes a lot of noise. And I kept kicking it as I walk towards the bed.

The room was very spacious the bed was comfortable and the room were clean no issues with any thing

I had no issues about the property because they were making improvements on the parking lot and some of the rooms

The property is in a well lit location with a variety of eateries within walking distance. Room was located on the front of the property which was a big plus.

There were no dislikes about this property

My husband is an early riser and the woman at the desk allowed him into the room before breakfast opened, so he could chill out there. He was mush appreciative and even tipped her!

Half of the outlets and lights did not work. I did have a meeting in the evening and had to move furniture so I could get the desk to a light that worked! Otherwise it was fine.

Conveniently located to restaurants and easy access to highway. Check in easy and clerk was very friendly.

- nice exterior and landscaping well maintained - pretty and clean lobby - friendly staff - clean room with all the needed amenities - comfortable bed and pillows - large bathroom counter with lots of space to put your stuff - plenty of electrical outlets - good breakfast

- bed was on a metal platform with metal skirt. made terrible noise if you kicked it. even noisy just sitting down on the bed - clock wasn’t set and I couldn’t set it. I think it was broken - just a fast busy when I tried to call the front desk from the room phone - no TV Guide or welcome book in room

Good location for a road trip stop. It was clean and quiet.

The metal bed frame was a little noisy, but seemed to be okay after you’re in the bed.

Convenience and cleanliness

Night desk staff was cordial but she seemed preoccupied with her cell phone call. A bit curt. Morning desk staff was exceptional!

Well everything worked and everything that was supposed to be there was. The shower was awesome, great water pressure. We were comfortable and didn't need to call for towels or anything. The continental breakfast was what I expected, much better than a few we stayed at on this trip, also Wyndham properties. We will remember the Baymont in Manning as we usually travel to Maine and back every August. along I-95.
