This is my second time staying at this hotel. My previous visit they were under renovation and I did get the opportunity to stay in one of the renovated suites and it was amazing. So when I returned to the area, I booked here again. The renovations are complete and the Facility is beautiful. The staff is extra friendly and didn’t mind my extra 30 minutes needed at checkout. The breakfast was delicious and hot and plentiful. The halls were nice and quiet. The bed slept well and the shower water was nice and hot. There was no disturbance in the hallways, and the walls were not thin. Definitely my go to place to stay when I’m in Sumter.

Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. I like the location and the fact that I can walk to the Outback next door for dinner. Parking lot well lit which is a plus for me. Check in process was smooth and easy.

I think that the television channels could have worked better. They had a guide but it was not functional. Other than that, I would say that the stay was okay. Breakfast was standard; could have used more choices.

Friendly staff especially the young man at the front desk. The property was very clean throughout! Breakfast was delightful and the lady serving made sure to keep everything clean and fresh. Highly recommend

Everything was amazing

You are not far from the Air force Base. Close to shopping and food.

Parking after 6 0r 7 pm. All the work truck park up right around the building, no handicap parking by main entrance.

Breakfast was good and delicious.

I didn't like the furniture in my room. Desk was worned out with some marks on it. Furniture needs to be upgraded. And it would be nice to install shower doors instead of curtains.

Clean. Friendly staff. Pool area was clean and well maintained.

No coffee available outside of breakfast hours.

Location, cleanliness, courteous staff…especially house cleaning.

Parking lot on the highway side of Facility should be cleaned daily…a six pak of empty beer bottles in a parking spot for 3 days is not a good look.

Staff was super friendly and the rooms were so clean and fresh. The snack bar was a bonus too and the items weren’t overpriced!
