For a fast food presentation, ok, variety. As a health and fitness expert, the fruit loops are an infusion of chemicals not needed in kids diets. Nice variety, missing vegetarian/vegan selections. Presentation and convince well done for self-serve. Young lady service personnel very kind and gracious as I was in a hurry trying to avoid the storms during my 4 hr drive. Did not investigate the fitness area nor office space as was only here for my big birthday event changing clothes and catching a few hours rest. Once checking in at the front desk, Stacie was delightful and THE BEST as were the other attendees (housekeeper and hospitality server). Parking was ample spacing and availability

Since I had prepaid my reservation and verified via phone my registration, arriving at my destination in Sumter, my time was cut short when told I had to stop by the facility. As a courtesy and to verify my reservation Saturday, I called and was told I had to personally check-in which I immediately proceeded to do. Unfortunately, this interrupted my party arrival... HOWEVER, for security, I understand WHY you required the personal face-to-face check-in. I wish I had been made aware beforehand as I would have gone directly to the hotel and checked in and then to my party destination.

Location was great. Breakfast was good - can’t beat a waffle.

I showed up to check in and it took 30 minutes for any staff to show up at front desk and when she did she same from behind the desk so WHERE/WHAT was she doing? I even called the hotel and sat there in the lobby listening to the phone ring - no one answered. I would Suggest a bell for front desk so guests can ring it if needed. Pool FREEZING - if an inside pool is advertised and inside then it should be available for guests to utilize- main reason I got room there. Hand in pool 🥶🥶 definitely was not going in!!

The staff was very pleasant especially dealing with difficult tenants. My heart went out to them having to deal with such chaos.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the smooth jazz playing in the lobby. It gave a relaxing feel after a long day of travel. The rooms were a nice size

The lamp shades in the room looked dirty. The remote was very dirty, I always spay and wipe down items at any hotel.

Pool is really small, one of our rooms wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival and hotel was booked so another room was not and option, however staff came quickly and cleaned the room.

The location was perfect, the staff was great, the breakfast was delicious, and our stay was comfortable.

It was clean and the staff were very nice but the elevator was broken so it was hard for me with the luggage but I had a good stay!

The night shift lady that worked the counter was really sweet and had a great personality. We had both recently lost a spouse and she was very supportive.

Everything was pretty good. No major complaints.

The breakfast was ok, they need to add boiled eggs instead of those powdered scrambled eggs.

Everything was ok as far as my stay. Those powered eggs have to be taken off the breakfast menu.

The best thing about this trip was Ms.Nicole so pleasant, and just stunning hospitality was 100
