Very clean and cozy. There was plenty of space for myself and my guest. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient. Staff was friendly and saw to our needs.

Handicapped parking is not as close to the entrance as I would have liked. The way the building is positioned, you're not fighting with other patrons for parking, but the handicap parking is positioned between regular parking and even a bit further away from both the entrance and the front desk. For those who walk and get short winded easily, such as myself, I was unprepared for that. Also, one of the elevators was not working properly when we arrived but was fixed before the end of the first day.

we enjoyed everything about the room. it fit our needs for the night.

the only complaint we had was the rug in the bathroom could have been bigger it was small and moved easily, we had a handicapped room so we were surprised when the bathroom didnt have a safer way to get out the tub.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly . Room conveniently located . housekeeping staff quick to respond to request for extra towels and coffee

Same night attendant from last year. Same bartender (Tina) from last year. They were friendly and helpful. Can't wait until next year's stay. We attend the Black Cowboy Rodeo in Rembert SC.

Breakfast was great, and the location was just right, but what really stood out to us was the 2-half-baths that were separated so two people can use the facilities at once - shower/makeup, toilet/brushing teeth, that kind of thing. Saved us time.

Our TV was dark and had 'hot spots' in the picture. A minor inconvenience, but that was it.

Our room is as amazing. VERY spacious! I LOVED that there was 2 separate bathrooms! You didn’t have to wait on someone to get out of the shower in order to use the restroom! The breakfast was really good too! My 9 yr old son ate TWO helpings of eggs!

I was really excited to try out the hot tub, but when I got in it was just barely warm. The sign said 102 degrees but there was no way it was that hot!

Breakfast was mediocre at best with standard items missing (bread) and an indifferent staff who had to be tracked down to supply missing items

Overall, it really wasn't a bad experience. Just have problem trying to check-in. And the computer is not working. Took her about fifteen minutes to get my room key to work

The rooms were very clean & the spacing was perfect for my family & I. You can connect your streaming accounts to watch just as you would if you were home. The staff was very friendly & welcoming during check in/out! I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future!
