Very nice room. Working fridge, bathroom, lights, and WiFi. Quiet at night. Easy check-in process. The girl at the front desk with the pink hair had our key cards ready when we walked in (we had only booked ten minutes prior). Very comfortable.

Bathroom door did not close all the way or lock.

The appearance of the front desk staff at check in was very unprofessional. Nose Ring and T Shirt (not a T shirt representing property) Paying for a King Size Bed and being given two double beds. No refund for lesser room offered . Staff knew I was supposed to have a zKing Room because the Bill and check in sheet indicated such

We decided at the last minute to do a getaway, but due to other obligations we could not go out of town. When looking for a hotel, I found that Candlewood had the better price. I had stayed at Candlewoods in other towns before...so. The Staff was very kind and professional upon my arrival and the room....SO clean and the BED...So comfy. It was an amazing stay and we will be back for our next private getaway!!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of linens.

We arrived a couple of minutes past midnight, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. The lobby had a few others as well waiting for their rooms. The security officer working said the front desk clerk was running late and should be arriving in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes, the kind officer made a phone call and another desk clerk arrived after we waited 40 minutes. I am thankful for the kindness of the officer and the desk clerk that came in to help us.

It was very clean and the rooms were large and accommodating. The location was great.

No breakfast served at the property. However , there are plenty of nearby restaurants and you also have a kitchen in your room

There was a lot of trash on the grounds all around the hotel. That could be dealt with for a better appearance.

Everything was fine but the only problem I had was the clerk ended up giving my room to someone else. But I was accommodated with another room! My stay was lovely

After staying in other motels in the area I found Candlewood exceptional. I come to Sumter about twice a year and I have finally found a motel I will be coming back to. I liked everything about the facility.

Everything was fabulous!! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed the room. She enjoyed the room so much that she said that every time she comes back this is the place that we will return to!!!!!
