The Hotel was great, everything felt new- especially in the room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park had plenty of spaces and despite being open it was secure at night with the gate closed and is obscured from the adjacent footpath by a hedgerow- so we felt comfortable parking our classic cars there during our roadtrip. The Breakfast was very good with a nice range of options. The location is great- we walked along the footpath beside the water to Port Guillaume for dinner.

The room was great, the location is very convenient, especially with dogs. Easy access to the beach, which is within walking distance along a foot/cycle path. The spa was very nice, great massage (extra). Breakfast was nice with more choice than I had anticipated.

Only minor downside is the bathroom, the tap in the shower really, which didn't work properly.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for beaches at Houlgate (within reasonable walking distance) and Cabourg town. Kitchen facilities in the room are very useful

The bedding could be improved: a thin loose sheet over a flimsy mattress protector is not conducive to a good night's sleep. Rooms overlooking the railway and road can be noisy at times.

Nice „passing through“ location. With a spa and happy food for the breakfast. Really, the froyo at breakfast made it for the kids.

Well, the spa gets crowded in the afternoon, if many people are in. Then it is rather small for the size of the hotel. But one can wait that out and it gets more relaxing around 19 hours, closer to closing hours, when the kids are already gone to dinner…

Nice clean place with a big room and balcony. Great coffee machine. Nice swimming pool and area to sit out if sunny

Paper cups and no plates, or cutlery. Spa area wasn't working properly (sauna, steam and hot tub were all cold for the two days we stayed) when complained they did refund me however.

Great room with excellent facilities. Loved to pool!

Door to en suite was difficult to close and never really fully screened anyone using the shower room. Very poor choices at breakfast for those following a plant based diet ie no non-dairy milk and no alternatives to meat and eggs.

Good spacious rooms with all that you need. Location is good, parking is with electrical car chargers, pool is nice. Minutes walking from city center and the beach.

Extra 10 euro for using sink and cooker but it didn't work well. No cleaning during 3 days of staying

Good room set up with a small balcony, decent size bedroom and good air con. Short walk to the restaurants and I'd highly recommend Le Baligan for dinner (must book).

We weren't told we had to pay for the kitchenette and therefore couldn't use it.

Staff were friendly including the cleaners, the pool was an added bonus. There was also a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym equipment. The room was comfortable with a small balcony also a fridge. Breakfast was good.

Can't say there was anything to find fault with.
