Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and upgraded on request to one with a beautiful view and excellent ventilation—setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. But what made our stay exceptional was the level of hospitality we received: every member of the staff—from reception and front desk to housekeeping and dining—offered genuinely warm, attentive, and proactive service They anticipated our needs, were quick to accommodate special requests, and consistently followed up with smiles and kindness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a varied and well-presented spread, and the team checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. From the prompt, personalized room service to the thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for, the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction transformed our vacation into a memorable, heartfelt experience. We absolutely loved every moment and can’t wait to return.

Resort has well designed landscape and swimming pools. Breakfast spread was excellent and they also have live music. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They catered to special requests for kids meals and very generously offered options for them. Inhouse dining meals were also very good and they served them hot. Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely visit again.

Nothing much to dislike. Just couple of things - cakes at the desert counter had too much cream/fondant and were extremely sweet; although the tea cakes were nice. A spa would be nice to have at such a nice property.

Late Post, I had the pleasure of booking a last-minute stay at the Hilton Hotel, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a luxurious experience from start to finish. The moment you step into the property, you're greeted with an ambience that exudes elegance. Our rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, with housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless on a daily basis. The staff deserves a special mention for their humility and kindness—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to every palate. The property itself is a sight to behold. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunset view, which is simply unforgettable. A special shoutout to the manager, Shailesh, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. His attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction are commendable. And to Zodini, who is exceptional with her service and hospitality. Every property has its pros and cons, but the pros here far outweigh any minor cons. In fact, the cons are so negligible that they’re barely worth mentioning. This property is an absolute must-visit, and I can't wait for the opportunity to return. Our recent stay at Hilton Goa was an experience to remember. Nestled near Candolim, the property itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The hotel is beautifully managed and thoughtfully decorated, with standout features like an elegant infinity pool, private bathtubs, and spacious balconies offering stunning views — the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. A huge part of what made our stay so special was the exceptional hospitality we received from Priya Sharma. From the very beginning, Priya went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was not only professional and attentive but also incredibly warm and kind — making us feel completely at home. What truly stood out was how she helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my wife. She didn’t just assist — she took the lead, added her experience and thoughtful suggestions, and managed every little detail to perfection. Thanks to her efforts, the entire celebration turned out to be magical and brought so much joy to my wife. Priya is a gem, and we are truly grateful to her. We would also like to give a special shout-out to Abhijit, Golu, and Suraj for the absolutely stunning decoration of our room and the bathtub. Their effort, creativity, and attention to detail made the birthday setup incredibly beautiful — my wife was over the moon! It was a heartwarming surprise and something we’ll always remember. The rest of the team was equally helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Hilton Candolim was a great experience. We travelled with our 8 yr old daughter and for majority of time , she was kept busy between different types of pools and kids activity center. The food especially the breakfast was outstanding! The staff was very warm , smiling and receiving guests and their needs throughout. The rooms were well maintained and the surroundings are clean and tidy.

Some outdated information thats on Booking.com but not accurate or applicable at the property anymore. Eg-confusion about free shuttle to beach and confusion about free food for <12 years kids. While , both were handled well by the staff and they were very accommodating and made sure to make our experience seamless , it will be useful if the staff was aligned for future.

Really liked the rooms - very comfortable beds and nice bathroom as well. The view of the river from the property is really nice as well. Enjoyed the Goan thali they were serving for lunch.

The 'four pools' is a misleading description. Technically they do have four pools but don't get excited over it. Also the seating near the pool had no umbrellas (they were gone for maintenance apparently, all at the same time) and the cushions on the recliners near the pool were not water proof which is kinda gross. Some of the food was meh. Not awful but not great.

Amazing staff, Manager was very friendly and accomodative. Hotel liason Tripti was very helpful and kind. Even the buffet was excellent. Views were great from home. You should have a shuttle service to beach as the local transport is very pricey to make multiple trips.

Hotel was great, proiced a bit high as we need to spend a lot on transportation as well. Would have liked same prioce without paying for upgrade. For Senior citizens we need freindly stairs with railings else its dangerous for them to climb. Elevator access is not till the room.

All the hotel staff that is. Housekeeping, restaurant staff and all other staffs were awesome. The facilities were also good and you don't feel like going out at all. Feels like spending the entire day inside the property

Food could've been better in buffet breakfast and in ala carta. This is something where I feel the varieties are less compared to other five stars. There is a lack in that. This can be improved.

Excellent staff , specially thanks to Aditi and Ajay from staff , who made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.

The main pool , was not functional for all the 3 days , and was not fixed in time . Being a five star hotel , these things should be dealt with faster.Breakfast buffet choices could definitely improve, very less international choices were there , just more Indian cuisine. Dosa were not up to the mark .

The property is lovely and you can totally forget about the outside. The staff was amazing and they really make sure you are enjoying your stay and you have all you need. I also need to highlight that my partner got sick and they were super helpful by helping us to get to the hospital and waiting for us (Priyam from the front desk and our driver Sawant were our heroes that night)

They should improve the communication regarding all the services they have to offer, clarity about the cab services and scooter rentals; specifically that they offer transportation from the hotel to the beach, this could avoid unnecessary expenses and it could totally help you to plan your stay better.
