For the affordable price, I'd say that the hotel was beyond my expectations. it is not a 4 star hotel. but is it clean, has good facilities, beds are comfortable, toilet, aircond and hot water was functioning properly. Greattt location, in city centre. Walking distance to the park. and shops. Friendly staff. No lift though. I'd highly recommend it for budget customers.

No lift. So you have to carry your bags. but only up one flight of stairs. If you are an elderly or OKU, this might be a problem. That's all.

Comfortable and clean room. Good housekeeping service. Good location in the town nearby dobby cleaning service.

Need to change the iron with better quality, give 3 in 1 coffee or tea and small condiments like biscuits maybe.

Centre of town, very convenient, easy to move around.

Lack of parking space. Tried a number of times to get connected wifi, failed. I used my mobile data. Water dispenser, not much of cup for us to use, perhaps can prepare paper cups.

clean ! and the makcik cleaners very helpful. there was doby under the hotel and the hotel located nearby to everything. my partner go for haircut at the saloon by footwalk only. and you can easily find restaurants nearby (footwalk distance)

I like the atmosphere inside the hotel room, the aircond also really cool

I don't like at the reception got cat walking here there all.....and I get the room at 3rd floor must climb stairs and also the price per night for the room quiet expensive
