The staff was kind and always attentive. The rooms were a good size and the hotel location is very good. The silence of the place was an invitation to rest and relaxation.
The hotel's two sports courts are in a poor state of repair and are not suitable for use. Breakfast could have more options, such as waffles, bacon, ham and omelettes.

Loved the location in AlphaVille close to bars and restaurants w great views of the lake
Hated the lack of hot water, the underwhelming breakfast and the fact that soap dispensers and the mini bar and coffee were not replenished. Housekeeping in general is not good

Excellent location for the purpose of our visit. Situated next to very nice restaurants, bars and shops and quiet streets. The room was large an the bed extremely comfortable.
Unfortunately we were booked during a transition period where the hotel were changing their dining providers which meant there was no dinner service.

Right next to the school. Food was not bad. Friendly staff and great bbq.
Cleanliness was not great. Pool was dirty and did not seem to be cleaned on a daily basis. Common areas and hallways were extremely dirty and they did not seem to be cleaned during the whole week I spent there.
