Very nice rooms, clean and Savassi is a safe, nice area in BH.

I incountered a few times issues because personell was not speaking English. Nothing that I was not able to handle with Google translate but at least at the reception I think some basic English would be good.

Location

1st room the wall was peeling of and full of mold. S3cond room was not cleaned at all. Third one the key was not working and I had to go back to the reception again. Only when the manager took over it worked out. As compensation I got ONE EXTRA TEA BAG. Breakfast is super nice but very expensive and cannot be included in your bill but has to be paid immediately.

Great location, near Savassi and with a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable, with good soundproofing. Very nice shower, good water pressure. Front desk was well manned and staff were polite and very helpful.

Excellently situated hotel right in the heart of Savassi across the street from tons of bars and restaurants. Nice facilities, rooms are spacious, modern and clean (love the rain shower head), big comfy bed. Great breakfast, get it! Friendly staff.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was amazing! Different fresh fruit every day and a chef made us personal omelettes and tapioca. The room was comfortable, quiet and with a great view. We also loved the slide down to reception.

we upscaled to Novotel for our return overnight to BH (after staying in a cheaper. functional hotel in same area earlier). so we appreciated the modernity, spaciousness of lobby snd breakfast area. breakfast is varied and good. this is an excellent choice, but it’s not an unusual or charming property - it’s reliable and felt quite good after our previous hotel. the hotel arranged taxi to airport and driver was right on time!

Excellent stay for family with 2 year old. We also had a very late late flight on our last day and requested a late check out. We thought there may be an extra fee, but were told no. On our last day we confirmed in the morning with the front desk- Givam and he said it is a charge. We explained we were given information that we could stay without a fee and had we had the fee we would have just held our suitcases for the day, but they allowed us to stay till 6pm free of charge. It was a kind gesture and we are very thankful. We ate at the hotel and had a lovely experience. The food, location, and staff was wonderful and surpassed US standards.

I was happy with everything. This place does not dissapoint. However, no pool. But n look t necessary with so much to do.

The facilities. The breakfast is really good too. And everything is very clean.

We had to wait for 1:30 for the checkin because the first person in the reception asked us to wait and probably forgot about us. So after that we went to the reception again asked for her help and she said she was about to leave So after that fortunately André has helped us and allocate us easily to the room.

Comfy room and bed; amazing breakfast

Very slow reception. No cleaning on day 2; asked for towels at least, they said they’d deliver it but didn’t.

Accommodations are well kept. Good breakfast. Central location.

Parking system could be better. May take a while depending on the time of the day.
