The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, bars, museums, and shops nearby. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices, from fruits, to breads, coffees, cereals, and whatever you desire. Luciane dos Santos, in the reception and front desk area, made me feel welcomed from the minute that I arrived and it was a huge plus that she speaks English well. The room had a ceiling fan, which is a nice feature for additional ventilation in the summer heat of Brazil.

The rooms don't have a safe / security box. While one can leave money and valuables in the front desk area, doing that is very inconvenient. The rooms were renovated recently but the style and decor could use further attention. The remodeling looks cheap and unattractive.

We really like the location and walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are always simple and clean.

On past visits to this hotel, the greeting staff has been friendlier and there’s been a bellhop to take our bags up to the room when we first arrive. This time everybody sat around and let us do it ourselves. No big deal, but was different than previous visits.

It was close to where we needed to go and close to lots of restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was neat and the shower was really good.

The size of the swimming pool. The tv had problems with the sound. There were some issues with the elevator on the 7th floor.

The hotel was surprisingly big with a nice terrace and pool at the top. I found my room sufficient and the location was excellent! I would consider the hotel if you're on a budget!

The windows have these metal slide frames that don't really block any noise, and you can hear the outside if it's super noisy. I wish there was some natural light coming into the room... The noise throughout the corridors is loud in the morning if you were planning on getting a lie in.

Wifi could be better. Disappointing shower - shower head needs replacing and water pressure could be much better.

Good location in the Savassi district. Great breakfast. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Cool rooftop area with a small pool and views of the city. Service was excellent- everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to the guy who parked our car was very attentive and efficient.

Had some problems with no hot water, TV not working. Staff were quick to fix the problems though.

A special thank you to Julio Cesar and Messias with the kitchen breakfast staff. You can find from sweet potatoes to green juice to a delicious chocolate cake and coffee! Thank you for your hospitality!

The location is excellent.

Pretty good location, well decorated, good breakfast options, friendly staff.

The room clean people it’s not really good on management time and many days they miss cleaning the room.

Reasonable for a 3 stars accommodation. What I most like was the front desk reception and management, mainly on the day I’ve arrived with my mom. Just excellent!

The beds are not that comfortable.

Very convenient location to do the Liberdade circuit, and also do some exercise at the municipal park before breakfast which was excellent.
