Novotel Vijayawada is a great property, clean,nice facilities, food is great both,service and hospitality is top class. The staff at reception are polite and courteous Mr. Kuntal and others)The House keeping and Support staff. The staff at the Buffet are so hardworking and always serving with diligence and a smile. The cleanliness and maintenance is truly commendable.

The staff at the swimming pool are biased in restricting some people to enter the pool in the name of rules where as they compromise with it as and when they like. When the matter was brought to the notice of the floor manager Mr. Venkat,that 5 people were allowed into the pool without swim costume and they restricted us, He played it down and covered up without addressing the matter. Rules must be the same for all. I could observe indifferent attitude in this matter.

The plus points is it’s quite neat and the kids enjoyed swimming pool.The break fast buffet is very good. Please improve on taste and healthier options.Mr. Mukund manager present on that helped us to shift the room to a better one.So he was quite helpful.

The properly has to install a play area immediately .They had earlier at least digital game and my daughter was searching for it on lobby.Please keep in mind the play area for kids.please do basic kitchen facilities as we travel with kids from abroad expecting microwave and stove and few utensils.

The view was amazing, especially on the roof. The food at the buffet restaurant was excellent! The staff was exceptional!

Before we left, I had bought some ties as gifts for the staff members that were exceptional. The waiter who had helped us the most was not present, so I gave it to the hostess with a letter to convey it to the desired waiter with my email address to inform me he received it. To this day I have not heard from anyone at Novotel Vijayawada whether he received the gift?

The food quality is on high level eight. I never saw earlier I my journey experience around the globe, number of dishes presented represent regional , other Indian food and intercontinental served in BF or Lunch or Dinner. In each time you find lot more verity , new test , and way of presentation. Open cooking ( live stall ) is giving a different visual impression . The upmost beautiful part is service in food area ,the food service staff are so trend , having nice different regional dress each time , very polite and very fast to fulfill your desire . I come to Vijayawada few times a year and stay here. This has been my 4th visit this year alone and stayed here cumulatively over 20 days this year. This has become my 1st preference to stay while in Vijayawada. Good breakfast, good gym, roof top swimming pool, good bar and restaurant

parking is not easy, no direct access to parking to the lobby, have to walk around the building coming out of lobby and take an external elevator to reach car in garage few times to get couple of items from my parked car. not enough room for more than few cars loading/unloading in front of the lobby, had to wait in Q in the car for my turn to get in and out during peak times and couple of times had to wait on the road outside of gate as there were 5 cars in front of me loading/unloading. Bar didn't have few popular beer in sizes that were on drinks menu, I had to go to a different bar outside to get my favorite Indian beer couple of times while I had to settle for other brands couple of times. When I pay high prices then Bar should have all drinks on the drinks menu.

I liked the view, the buffet, the bed and the swimming pool. The staff was very obedient, responsive, and kind. The buffet was tasty and had various dishes and desserts. The swimming pool was very big and my son loved swimming in it. The lobby also had a cool digital table that you can play games in it, it's basically just a big phone that only has games.

The view from our room looked just little bit okay. And the room was looking very dim, the rooms should have more lights.

The ambiance and privacy were excellent. The upgrade to the suite room from the premier room doubled our happiness. The staff's behavior and politeness were commendable. The cleanliness was maintained very well.

The key didn't work because the lock's batteries were dead. It took 30 minutes to open the lock manually and resolve the issue. If this could be resolved more quickly in the future, that would be great.

Breakfast has wide option for different taste. Service was very good and fast. All staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. Space for drivers of vehicle was available and also good.

All good and nothing much for improvement. Front office can be strengthened further to reduce waiting time while check-in and check-out.

Quintessential Novotel experience. - Situated just on the National Highway, so perfect for folks driving through Vijayawada. It takes 5 minutes to just hit the Highway. - Check-in was fast. - Room was spacious. - Bed & pillows were super comfy. - We ordered dinner which was absolutely fabulous. - Though it was not in our package originally, we had breakfast next day. All in all, it cost around INR 9K for room + dinner + 2 pax breakfast for 1 night stay.

Out side food was not allowed .Kids want food form out side same was not allowed inside hotel which is not good we understand it impact your business but customer spending money for his own comfort kindly look into that
