All was good. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices. Rooms are clean and you have all you need. Beach is good too, it's all sand, clean, with a separate place for smokers

There is no Parking place inside the hotel, only on the street, not a big deal but that would be the thing to improve. There is no swimming pool inside the hotel. You can hear people from other rooms very easily, so it's not so isolated but again not something that would change my mind.

Friendly atmosphere, easy procedures, great breakfast, free beach chairs on whole of arrival and booked days (= 25€ value)(not on dep day though), small fridge in room.

Lack of water cooker in room. Small rooms, good for sleeping but you don’t want to stay there when the weather is bad. Not sound proof, everybody is at their neighbours’ mercy.

My own beach spot included, bike rentals, breakfast was OK. They need to pay more attention to the fruit bowl and get rid of old fruit.

I didn't like that it could get really noisy with kids as there's a playground right next door. Bibione seems to be a hotspot for young people. Definately a town of tourism and having never been, should gave researched more. Beaches are FULL of hotel umbrellas.

Very nice Hotel, near to the Beach. Clean Room. Good breakfast, you always have table free for it. With parking was also no problem, you always can find free space near at the street. Also you get a card for sun bed at the beach. If you come with dog you can get discount for dog beach. Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Reserved space on the beach, which belongs to the room. The beach was close by, lots of pizzerias and shops in the area.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, but was fixed the next day after we called the front desk. A cleaning could have been done on the air conditioner.

Mainly the nice staff and the perfect location. The breakfast was alright and food sensitivity was taken into account. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Our room was a bit small, and the shower cabin extremely small. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbours.

Everything was perfect, just one small issue were very loud peoples next to us. Hotel have also own area place at bibione beach with private sunshade (is free for hotel guest)

Breakfast was good, room spacious and there was everything you need. We had noisy neighbors, but hosts changed our room once we asked, they were very kind. Hotel located near the beach. Overall it was very pleasant stay.

Perfect location. Really close to the beach. Parasol on the beach for every room. Wide range of foods for breakfast. Superb kind staff. Daily room cleaning.

Location, breakfast, value for the money

Cleaning was not good, I could find a layer of dust in tables and under the bed. It's a bit of a small room.
