The communication was very effective. There was message about were to park, code for the door, breakfast ect. The staff that made the breakfast were so good. A special thanks to them for their support in making sure we had breakfast and helping to iron my jacket. Thank you so much for packing the breakfast we haven’t eaten because we had to go- and it was a nice surprise when we came back and saw a lovely note that the remaining breakfast was in the fridge. That definitely make me love the customer service. I would definitely be back. Everything was in the apartment is like home away from home.

I like everything about the property.

My room was a lovely size for one person ( I think I had the smallest room available) and I enjoyed being able to have a bath. Initially, I didn’t realise that I could drink the beverages that were in the fridge until I noticed that there was no price list. That was very nice and unexpected. The accommodation is in a great spot and very quiet although I could hear my fellow guests at times.

Although I had no issues, some people may struggle with having to shower in the bath because it can be challenging to get in and out if you have any mobility problems. I didn’t have a view at all and actually my window just opened onto another window that was frosted. I understand why, but I would have liked to be able to see outside. This is not the fault of the accommodation, but there is nowhere close by where you can purchase snacks or food to eat later so bring everything with you.

We have stayed in the hotel for a week and we' ve been here for the first time. And it became the opening for us. This is our favourite hotel and apartments in Hungary from now. At first we planned staying for three days and were going to another city and hotel, but just when we entered the room we decided to prolong our staying here. Magnificent apartments! Both of them are amazing! We 've stayed in Rio and Moulin Rouge and adored them both. We were impressed by design, style , lots of details.. everything was made and represented with such a smart style, love and passion. Devil is in details))) and it was perfect... The space of the apartments is organised in very modern and ergonomic way. We had dozen of photo zones and tons of picturesque views for romantic drinks and dialogues. We will return to this hotel and try staying in other rooms cause they are wonderful too( we have seen))) Thank you so much for your unbelievable breakfasts ,with their presentation and variety. Again lots of details and love in every piece. It was delicious every time and every time we were waiting for something new and beautiful. And every time our expectations were purely approved))) Thank you so so much for your wonderful staff 💖💖💖. They are the best!!!!

Everything was neat and clean. Location was very good, alongside Danube river quay and in the main street of the Old city. Accommodation and facilities were great it was functional, new and decorated really good with the attention to every detail. Altough we didn't meet the host, he was really friendly, informative and helpful. We communicated online and he helped us with everything we asked for and was really cooperative. If you are going with a bunch of friends (or 2 couples as in our case), you need to go through the sleeping room (while others are chilling & sleeping) to get to the bathroom. The big apartment for 4 persons had poor lighting due to only one window.

We were last year in the apartment Hawaii, it is small but so charming. Excellent location, parking is right to the house, the backwater of the river Danube is a few meters from the apartment, so it is lovely, peaceful and very central location. Szentendre is adorable little town for sightseeing , shopping in cute little shops, strolling, eating marzipan cakes in Museum of the Marzipan, and enjoying cafes on the Danube back water. Budapest is near for sightseeing, excitement and fun (also shopping)

Kitchen equipment is very poor, and the stove is not working again (it did not work last year also) so you can't even boil an egg. The restaurants are near but the food here is not really special. It is not recommendable. In Budapest you have really nice restaurants but not here in Szentendre. But since we stayed just for two days, we managed to eat in Budapest and just some bakery product and sandwiches. This kitchen is the only flaw to be realistic.

This cute apartment exceeded my expectations. The staff were lovely (and so was the breakfast! Not included, but I added it to my one-night stay). I stayed in the "Rio" room and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was fabulous and I loved the way it was decorated. It's also walking distance to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also, it was VERY hot when I was in town in July, but the air conditioning in the room was nice and cold. Highly recommend this place!

Location was great; at the end of the touristy street, but the room were on the river side, making the rooms quiet. The decor (all rooms were themed) was great

Out of their control, a flooding due to incline weather happened the day I arrived. Although this isn’t of their control, they knew the entrance and lobby flooded. I would have liked to have received a message that they were aware and on their way to clean up. Instead, I had to roll up my pants and make it through the water (Galway way my lower leg!). Once I initiated contact they replied they were going to clean it up. I also struggled with the shower: the shower head can’t hang.

Superb apartment that fit our family of five perfectly. Beautiful location, sparkling clean, stylish, and comfortable. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

Breakfast starts at 09:00, which we didn’t expect and only learned about after check-in. This meant we missed it despite having booked and paid. By then, it was too late to cancel for a refund. I recommend offering an earlier option or clearly stating the serving time at booking.

Great location, a lot of parking space in the area (paid). The flat was really cozy and the owner was extremely helpful. Welcome cold drinks in the fridge were a really welcome sight after a long trip.

Using a bathtub resulted in a not so nice smell and color of water. It’s better to just take a shower or the bath, without using its massaging features.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, super cosy and location is just perfect. Furnirure and atmosphere is so lovely, beds are really comfortable! Bathroom is excellent and spatious. It is generaly so quiet, and the river is just across the street. Fantastic. We felt really excellent there.

The kitchen is not best equipped so if you are staying for longer, it is not really good to make any food there, except coffee. We ate in bakery, in restaurants and in the city (Budapest)
