A very nice spot near the Kamares port/town. Less than 1km away from the port itself and the local auto rentals so you can transport your goods around easily. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious for up to 3 people. Working A/C and small fridge in the room which kept us cool from the heatwaves and the fridge to keep our food maintained through our stay. The host has daily cleaning, between 11:00-14:00, and every 2 days there's also towel/sheet swap. Very discreet and good host/staff, who also helped us the final day to keep our luggage in a safe spot till our ship departed!

There were some switches in the room that weren't doing anything and basically we had to use a specific switch by the entrance to turn on/off the lights (which is fine, very minor detail). The A/C was a bit old with very basic settings which caused a nuisance when we wanted to set the temperature & fan speed/height. Both are minor details which would just add more to the general experience!

The property is perfectly located in a quiet area a short walk from the village centre with easy access on foot to all amenities and a short walk from the port (15 mins). Good sized, pleasant room which was spotlessly clean (and cleaned each day of my 4 night stay). Plenty of hot water, good wi-fi, A/C & TV (not used). Access to table & chairs in the peaceful garden I'd stay again without hesitation.

Only minor gripes are that the room had only one very small window which overlooked a small enclosed, unattractive courtyard. The A/C was a little noisy.

The location was extremely easy to get to from the ferry port (albeit you have to walk up a fairly steep hill which could be difficult if you have large suitcases or mobility concerns). The view out the window was stunning, overlooking the bay of Sifnos. It is extremely close to the small town of Kamares for meals, shopping, and beach going and you can rent a car or scooter to explore the rest of the island as well.

The shower was a bit interesting as the shower head didn't fasten to the wall but we made due.

Close to the port of Kamares, very clean, very friendly and communicative host. The room per se seems to be newly renovated, the ac was working fine. What we liked also is the small patio you can sit and the hangers out of your room, where you can hang your wet clothes after the beach! The cleaning was daily and the change of towels also. All in all a great experience!! 😄

Good location, close to the shops. It was very easy to find a parking spot very close to the property. The room was cleaned every day.

The balcony was not private. It was a shared outdoor space with some tables which were very close to each other. We would have preferred something a bit more comfortable.

Nice and quiet not far from the city still far from noise. Very clean.

The room is small for three persons, you have to enter through sombedy elses balcony. Our balcony didn't have a cover so we coudn't use it almost at all because of the sun. The matress was a little bit soft .

Everything was great and super easy. Short walk from the port, easy check in and check out and with a very practical parking lot a few meters away from the place. It has a nice balcony to chill and have breakfast with the view of the sea. There's also a market closeby, as well as cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

In our room the internet was quite slow and would disconnect. One of my friends had to connect for an online class and it was impossible for her to do so. However, I understand that overall connectivity of Sifnos is not that great, so it may not be something with the property's internet but with the island itself, but I think it's work mentioning in case someone is planning on going to Sifnos and work remotely. In my case, I had data from Cosmote and I could still not get a good signal.

We loved our stay at Chrysa House on the beautiful island of Sifnos. The location was perfect for Kamares beach, shops and restaurants and exploring the island by bus.

The air conditioning was very noisy but the room was too warm without it during the night. This didn’t spoil our holiday though.

This property is perfectly located close to the perfect Kamares beach, shops, restaurants, vehicle hire, port, bus stop. Air con worked perfectly, outside seating area. Fantastic value for money. We visited Sifnos last year and stayed at Chrysa House. We didn't even look for anywhere else to stay this time as we were soo impressed last year. Sifnos is absolutely beautiful, and next time we visit (hopefully next year) we will book to stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike

Perfect location, close to practically everything. The stuff was very kind, always willing to help us. Our room had a perfect view and it was clean.

The outdoor space was shared so we didn’t have a lot of privacy but it was bearable.
