I loved the hotel location, the rooms were very clean, the housekeepers were amazing. We drove there and barely used our car as there are a lot of attractions near by.

The rooms were a bit small but not an issue however, we had breakfast at the restaurant and the service was not very good, I'm not sure if the server was new but she couldn't get our order straight plus it took forever to get served. We ordered breakfast from the menu.

From the very moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though at time our lack of Spanish caused confusion. They even let us check in early. The room was perfect, the views from outside our balcony of the port was immaculate, the size of the room was amazing we had more than enough space. The location of the hotel on the port and next to the town square was excellent, we always felt safe when looking around the local area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff again was very friendly. Pool area was never busy and very chilled. Cannot fault our stay, it exceeded our expectations and would happily stay there again.

Shame the top deck was closed but it was being refurbished so we understand.

The attitude from the bellboy (disrespectful to my wife, it´s ok to look, but to stare ? ) and I had to complain with the Manager. The bartender´s service by the pool was very poor (cocktails were lack of flavor and full of ice). No ice available in the machine´s floor during 4 consecutive days. Dissapointing view from the balcony, all the pipes full of rust and fecal from birds. Couldn´t put a step on it. (5th floor)

Breakfast wasn’t included but we did eat there one morning. The buffet was big and catered for every taste, I would imagine. The rooms we had were big and comfortable, the swimming pools and gym oh a very good standard. We really enjoyed them. Only 200metres walk to the Zocalo too where we saw and enjoyed some lively Día de Muertes celebrations.

Indoor pool, staff absolutely lovely going above and beyond, bar service

Just as a feedback the security guard at the door never looked away from his phone when we came in on Tuesday night, I was even talking to him but he didn’t notice because he was full on deep into whatever he was watching lol

We liked the restaurant menu service and view. The swimingpools are great. The jacuzzi could be warm, we tried at night and it was cold water not what you typically expexct from a jacuzzi

On check in the person attending us gave no information and was not friendly while we heard more information given to other people checking in at the same time from other member of staff. No info on spa location, pool or restaurant shcedule or parking info.

Very comfortable bed. Nice big balcony with fantastic view. Missing furniture at balcony. Very well furnitured inside, but a bit small toilet space. Fantastic breakfast. Pool is under renovation. Hotel is near to city centre. Many restaurants nearby.

The property’s location is excellent. Rooms have a view overlooking the port and it is just a short walk to the Zócalo. My room was very large and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel had two restaurants but I found the quality of the food to be poor.

Service was great. The breakfast buffet was great. Everyone so nice and kind. Housekeeping clean the room even when we were leaving that same day, that was super nice!!!

We traveled with my mother who is 90 years old and the bathroom in the room has a bathtub and didn't have a handle to hold yourself. I should have informed the hotel and get a special type of room, but usually hotel rooms have a shower or at least a handle.
