Fantastic hotel, very modern and clean and an amazing sushi restaurant on site. Room was huge and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating a late diner close to the kitchen closing (thank you!)

Getting to it on foot was a bit of a mission but that's not the fault of the hotel

The rooms are very cosy, have a lot of space, the bathroom is very nice as well. The location is in the middle of the city, you have everything you need around. The people working here are so nice and kind, always a smile on their face and it’s pleasant to meet them and say hello everyday.

The single beds are a little bit tight in my opinion, but the double beds were large and really comfortable

Room was modern and comfortable. In house restaurant was excellent - an all you can eat sushi concept where you order from a tablet. Would recommend.

The reception desk was not permanently manned and you had a ring a bell to get staff attention. If they don't come you have to search for them in the restaurants or other areas as they have multiple responsibilities. My room was also on the ground floor near the reception so there was some noise and the neighbours were chain smoken on their balcony (not the hotel's fault of course).

The hotel decor gave a boutique feel with lots of insta worthy staging for photos.

There was only two bottles of shampoo and now shower gel in our bathroom and both the shampoo and hand lotion were locked tight and I was unable to open them.

The room was really lovely, good facilities, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and lunch were both plentiful and delicious.

Not the fault of the hotel, but it was difficult to get to from the train station.

They let me stay without a passport when I got kicked out of my house, ill remember forever ❤️. Kind people, good food, excellent bed, amazing shower, good tv, had a water boiler for tea :).

Modern with large clean rooms and very good bathroom. Nice restaurant serving very nice food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A good hotel that was not too close to anywhere else such as the town and station.

Good sized room, comfy beds, great restaurant on site, town, station and parkrun each just over a mile away

Asked for a light fixture to be fixed, was not done while we were there

A very modern hotel, it also had tea & coffee making facilities in the room (a rarity) which was very welcome. Welcoming to us cycle tourers with secure bicycle storage.

It was further from the town centre than I had thought.

Spacious, modern well planned rooms. Lovely modern decor, fantastic food offerings, helpful staff.

Nothing apart from if you arrive at the station and don’t have transport it’s a 30 min walk. So either book a taxi if you are able or travel literally.
