Lovely country side home stay b&b. We really enjoy our stay here, could have stay more days. Kaas & Marion was the most lovely retiree couple I ever met, they prepare our breakfast with their own home made jam, own free range chicken egg, walnut. The orange juices was freshly squeezed every morning.. They make us feels very homely, 1st time doing nothing at night & enjoy the wine & beer provided by the host.. Haha Thanks Kaas & Marion once again for your great hospitality & take care 😘❤️

Absolutely delicious breakfast with eggs from local chickens. Room is very cozy and spacious. Overall the house is located in perfect spot for bike trips. We stayed for 6 nights and visited by bikes Drents-Friese Wold National Park, Dwingelderveld National Park and De Weerribben-Wieden National Park with Giethoorn of course. Every trip was about 70 km.

We spent three nights in Marion and Kees's wonderfully renovated old farmhouse. The area itself is quiet, while it can be reached from the motorway in a few minutes. The interior design of the house was designed by Marion, and the wonderful carpentry is a testament to Kees' handiwork and skill. Parking is available in the yard of the farmhouse. The beds provide a pleasant sleep. Breakfast is tasty, plentiful. For those who want to explore this area of the Netherlands, we can only recommend it.

There is no such thing

Very nice house in a quiet environment, not far from Giethoorn, the popular Venice of Netherlands. The room is cosy and well equipped with a comfortable bed, a large shower, a mini fridge and coffee/tea. The breakfast is exceptional, combining choice and quality. Hosts make guests feel like at friends in the spirit of a B&B. Possibility to rent bikes. Good choice of restaurants (cf Tripadvisor) in Steenwijk or Meppel but recommended to make a reservation.

Exelent place for our pitstop traveling through the Netherlands. Very calm, cozy place with stylish home decors. Very kind and cooperative hosts, we felt like special guests, thank You! Beautiful countryside around.

Several farms are aroud the area, so the smell is unavoidable outside the house, but it`s the add to the country life atmosphere.

Kees and Morian were amazing hosts. We felt like living there. The bedroom was really comfortable and the landscape was beautiful. I will definitely recommend a stay with them.
